What we don’t want is to work full time and then shoulder full time house work and childcare on top of our full time jobs.

Men need to step up and actually be partners when it comes to childcare and house work and quit the weaponized incompetence BS.

It’s not fair for women to take on most of the childcare and house work when we are working full time jobs just like men are.
