Your money can be attractive. Your money can make you MORE attractive as a partner. Money is not going to make YOU attractive.

Money can buy companionship but it cannot buy you love or make you more likeable...however...

Money can buy things that if properly applied can make you more likeable:

Quality food (to use as fuel to support the health and fitness plan you have for your body)
Tailored clothing (makes you more comfortable walking around and possibly more confident)
Mental health care (access to better counselors and buys you time to put mental health management plans into action)
Physical health care (you're going to be a lot more likeable and comfortable if you're not constantly stressed and grumpy from pain, discomfort, and physical limitations)
Time (time to spend working on yourself, time to spend relaxing so that when you do socialize you are more comfortable and less tense)
Flexibility (if you can easily afford first class tickets, someone living in an adjacent state can be dated more easily if you don't find people who like you in your state)
Education (time and money to learn about hobbies, learn about and practice sports, take more college courses on how to talk, how to improvise, how to be better at public speaking, learning about topics that you find interesting and then having more insight into certain areas on dates/while socializing)
Reduced stress (who is more stressed, the guy who can't get dates while working two jobs and constantly worried about losing his shitty apartment or the guy who can't get dates but has plenty of food, water, comforts, and enrichment plus the ability to easily travel someplace new?)

Let’s clear this up once and for all.

Money DOES NOT make men attractive. It DOES NOT influence physical attraction in anyway.

Money provides a desirable lifestyle. Duh. This is why rich people have tons of friends and those who lose their money often find they have a lot fewer friends — male and female.

Even for someone who isn’t a gold digger, being with someone who has money is a huge bonus.

There are a minority of women who are attracted to just the money, period. I would try to vet out those women and avoid them, unless you accept that dynamic and are okay with it.

There are a larger portion of women who find success, including financial success, to make someone a more attractive and appealing partner than they would be without it, but it is not the only or factor. They will still be weighing physical attraction and personal compatibility, etc.

Then there are some women who do not care and to whom it would not make a positive difference in how they perceive you at all.

Women can settle on rich guys out of pure cold calculation, also money is often a proxy for status(but a weak one)

Here’s what I’ve learned in the last 30+ years of life, 20+ of that spent chasing tail, in terms of money & dating:

the amount of money you have is only relevant in relation to the age and demographic of women you are seeking
how you make your money is probably more important than how much money you make
how you spend what money you make is more important than how much money you make
a job title on a dating profile in conjunction with desirable physical characteristics can be the difference between a yes & a no; those who date you because of what they initially knew about your wealth/job are almost always incompatible
potential seems to be more attractive to women than actual before age 27

How to apply the aforementioned:

if you are younger than 26 your lack of dating success does not have anything to do with your income - work on your charisma & style
if you’re broke or working at Walmart because you’re an artist and you’re actually pursuing your passion it’s attractive over being broke or working at Walmart because you lack the self-confidence to pursue your education or are lazy
if you’re investing and learning to trade stocks with your spare change it’s wise, but if you’re spending your extra cash on comic books & onlyfans subscriptions it’s pretty obvious why your lack of money is getting you nowhere with women; spend your money wisely, no matter how little you have. And remember that TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN MONEY
when I would get more matches on tinder because my job title was CEO it was a confidence boost until I realized every date was a waste of time with those women; it’s better to meet a girl in the wild who knows only how you present yourself in the flesh than it is to meet one who knows only how you read on paper
it’s better to aspire to be great and have nothing than to have it all and aspire towards net zero growth or contribution to society

Money will make things easier, but it mostly doesn’t matter, until you hit 30 when there is a baseline expectation of income.

Like, the first rich guy I dated just had daddy's money and he was super difficult to relate to because he was pretty lazy, kind of seemed to think people existed to serve him, and the worst parts of his life were like...when his dad made him get a summer job or college professors expected him to work.

The others who sniffed around, but I didn't date were just like...their job was their personality and so was the number in their bank account and it just was so boring and made them again pretty arsey if they weren't getting exactly what they wanted at all times. And because of being careerist they seemed to be so fake and insincere so often they'd forgot who they were off the clock if that ever existed in the first place. Just very gross to me.

Don't get me wrong, I can imagine money doesn't have to do this to you. I'm sure there's some super chill wealthy people (I even know a few), but in general it seems to ruin people. So I've always tended to avoid rich guys.

That's just me tho. I'm sure lots of girls wouldn't mind this.

You need displays of wealth but I think status is the new sexual currency if you have 100k followers and a blue check but sort boxes at Amazon you will probably be seen as more attractive than the nameless ceo of some fortune 500 company that doesn't even have an Instagram

I believe money can make a man attractive in that is is a symptom of success. In the same way as athletic success or musical success are attractive traits.

I don't remember the source but i remember reading that a successful man rhat is not highly paid is considered more attractive rhan a man that inherited a lot of money.

Money is the worst thing to try to max just for companionship. You need it and should try to make enough to live and invest, but I could not imagine wanting to be with someone just because they have money.

I don’t think it’s necessarily the money. It’s the fact that having money means you can do things and have fun and create memorable experiences. That’s what women want in the dating phase.

Money can buy you free time and resources to be a better man.

It can buy you better clothes, a nice smile, a good haircut, time to go to the gym on daily basis and eat good meals, can but you an intresting hobby, a learned set of skills be it skills on a musical instrument, knowdelege, being cultured about places, food, art, random stuff...

It can even improve your chances by putting you in nice places where women are desperate to get in and where the male to female ratio skews in favour of your gender.

Hell, money can buy you a good place to crash at when it's time to seal the deal with a girl.

Do you have any idea of how hard it is to get a girl into the sack when you're sleeping in the same room your brothers are at? Hahaha.

I had lots of problems with this "logistic" aspect of dating and had to pay motels (I dated lots of women with their own places too) when I was young and working to keep me and my brothers ahead in life you know...

When I moved alone, at 25... I was killing it. Like the difference was night and day from the first week hahaha.

Having a car alone improve your chances with women.

As a man, everything you are and everything you have plays a huge role in dating.

In a holistic sense, I mean, it's not a mathematic calcularon where a car gives you one point, and a house gives you two, and if you somehow mannage to get 7-8 points suddenly you have sex with lots of women.

It doesn't work that way, but sure a man who has lots of things going on for him and makes a ton of money has a lot, an AWFUL lot more chances than a poor man who's stuck in life struggling with debts and rent.

And this is kinda tricky, but the more you have to offer, the less you have to spend on women.

A guy who has an awful job and doesn't makes that much and is living with his parents has to put effort to court a girl, has to take her out, has to pay for dinner or some drinks.

I can just invite her over to my place, buy a pizza and watch Netflix or whatever.

Not saying ALL women, but most, never take into account the effort guys put and the time they invest on them, and when a dude who seemingly has it all comes around they will pass on the other dude just to be with the former.

It's kinda funny when I look back, but the 33 years old me right now would mope the fucking floor with the 23 years old version of myself, even when back then I was actually putting effort in dating, I was intrested in girls beyond sex, I was really trying to be nice to them, to get to know them, to get them to like me and, actually, when I was spending a good chunk of my salary to go out with them.

An ol' friend who's 20 years my senior once told me

"Women asume the guy that spend 100 bucks on them is better than the guy who spend 10 on them, even if the guy who spent 100 bucks had 10.000 on his pocked while 20 bucks was all the other guy had."

And damn, I find that to be sadly accurate.

Asking if money can help you with women it's like asking if looks can help you with women. Money it's actually one of the two deciding factors when it comes to getting to women, the other is looks, of course.

Women are like restaurants and bars, in some sense.

The most famous, good looking and rich you are, the higher the chances the house invites.

You don't have to be rich to attract women. It does help. Being broke and always in debt runs women away ofc. Who would want to be with anyone that would ruin them financially male or female.

People think about money and relationships in the wrong way. A lot of men try to buy off women directly which is how you end up getting smoked by gold diggers.

What you really use money for is to establish yourself. With money you can buy nicer clothes, take classes and learn skills, travel around the world gaining interesting experiences and insight, pay for personal training to become fit and attractive physically, take time off work so you’re energized and happy, etc.

Basically all of the things money allow you to do can make you significantly more attractive to women. If you’re smart, you wouldn’t even let the woman know you’re wealthy until she’s expressed some interest in you first.

I can't believe I am having to explain this to a grown adult living in a capitalist democracy...but try to have money if at all possible. Money is transport so you can go places. Money is a bottle of wine to take with you. Money is getting that bad front tooth fixed. Money is your own apartment not just a bunk bed in a shared room.

Nobody is likely to be attracted to you if you are laying on dirty sheets on a single bed in a shared room nursing a toothache, facing a ten kilometre walk to work tomorrow because no bus ticket and queasy in the guts because you ate something dubious rather than go hungry.

The person with money will always go further.
