I've only ever had 1 girl ask me a question like this and this is how I handled it.

(I was at a backyard gig on a Friday night and I was texting this girl who I DM'd on IG. I'd asked her to hang out earlier in the day and she hit me with the "i"ll let you know")

Me: Don't worry, it has seat warmers. (it was like 50 degrees outside).

I stopped replying after that and neither of us ever followed up. Major red flag.

The best way to respond is to not answer and not take things seriously. Always agree and amplify or put the pressure back on her. Obvious shit test.

If you really aren’t making as much as you’d want to fake it, at least act like you’re not bothered by it. Shit tests are there for a reason. It’s a subconscious way of identifying whether you’re insecure about a certain thing or not.

If you truly are insecure about your financial situation, which a lot of guys are, compensate for something that is perceived as high value.
