It's actually quite ironic, considering most of the cases connected to "blm" outrage were actually male victims and where gender was, in all reality, the dominant factor. Men are subjected to police brutality, if not all forms of brutality, not just black men. It is all men, not just black men, who are victims of violence and universally deemed disposable enough for it to be considered socially acceptable.
But, ofcourse, they couldn't just acknowledge this reality, and would have to derail it into a racial issue, because anything else would just completely shatter their narrative.

The fact that no one can tell if this is fake is troubling. First, the (presumably) female Twitter user has no idea how to structure a joke if this is supposed to be a troll/satire. If serious, the author doesn't see men as individual human beings, but rather as some kind of group where guilt is shared by association. Or to put it another way, she knows nothing about actual men, who are much more varied and who don't tend to associate in that kind of way. We don't naturally form mutual support groups like women tend to do. In the unlikely event that we even hear about bad behaviour by some men, we don't tend to condone or excuse it. (We might try to understand it, which I know some confuse with acceptance, which it most certainly is not. BLM is the current obvious target for attacks on the US, or for groups which will profit from racial strife.
Traditionally right wing parties benefit from racial strife because it gives them a chance to do their "get tough on crime" act. I don't know how it will work out in the current situation but there will always be some people on the right who believe it will help them. And then there are the accelerationists e.g. white supremacists, various alt-right and neo-nazi groups, the boogaloo guys. Russia is another obvious suspect. They do a lot of boosting of organic stuff, they don't write it all themselves.

It’s funny cause my ex did something like this to me. She want to move out and didn’t want to be in the lease anymore. I told her I would help her look for someone to move in and take her spot. A few days later I get a text from this 50 year old dude she’s hooking up with saying they they would file a sexual assault charge against me and ruin my career if I didn’t take her off (mind you her and I are 23.) I don’t have money for a lawyer but I asked a few friends of my folks who are lawyers in other states for advice. They told me to take her off the lease and pay both rents as the charges would cost a lot more to battle. It’s crazy that people can actually be this cold hearted and abuse the fact that I’m a guy and she’s a girl to get what they want.
