Was anyone actually surprised by this?

[–]Factual_Discord 664 points665 points666 points 4 years ago* (50 children) | Copy Link

Probably the girls, when it dawned on them that the whole "girls are just as good at sports as boys" was a lie.

Edit: Bonus content

Yes this scenario will have to play at a thousand more times before it's truly understood

[–]PitBullFan 166 points167 points168 points 4 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

This fact used to be universally understood. Then something changed. I don't know how it started, but just look at where we are now.

Addiction to ideology at the expense of reality.

[–]lordpuffynips 20 points21 points22 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Well you see, decades ago, at the Frankfurt School, after class warfare ended...

[–]NohoTwoPointOh 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Knowing nod on this. Correct!

[–]slinkysuki 100 points101 points102 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Feminism and the rise of PC.

It sounds harsh, because it is... But if you got your ass beaten by some skinny twig of a man for mouthing off, you would NOT forget how much stronger even a weak dude is than the average woman.

It's harsh, it sucks, but its true. If y'all dont have testosterone, you're really fighting from more than a few lower weight classes.

[–]zaiguy 40 points41 points42 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It started hard in the 90s. I remember high school filled with grrl power propaganda. And don’t forget the Spice Girls.

[–]dukunt 22 points23 points24 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Isn't it mind blowing that this fact has somehow been lost? This ain't no renaissance, these are dark times..

[–]TerribleLurker1804 16 points17 points18 points 4 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link

how it started

It started with most continental Enlightenment thinkers (it could be argued that it started all the way back with Plato).

Then something changed

Then came the pseudoscientific counter-revolution, to replace it's supernatural predecessor (Abrahamic religions), to rebel against the scientific (English empiricism and Darwin) and industrial revolution, in the form of Freud's psychology, Marx's economics, Boas' Anthropology, Frankfurt School's cultural critique, the post-modernists, Lewontin's genetics, Gould's Evolution theories, etc... What do these (including the Abrahamic religions) have in common? They are feminine minds' biased (empathizing, see: Jon Haidt's works) ways of thinking.

[–]TallGrayAndSexy 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm not sure where this is headed, but it obviously throws a wrench in the "it's a myth that men are better at most sports than women because of physical differences" argument being used to justify trans women competing against cis women. I'm not even sure how we got to a point where some people are seemingly unaware that top female athletes are pretty much on par with male teenagers when it comes to physical performance...

[–]Something_W1cked 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Honestly the best solution to this that I've seen proposed is to separate divisions by testosterone levels, not gender. Even setting aside the trans issue, there can be a surprisingly large T variance in cis people of either gender, and accounting for this would give us the closest thing to equal competition possible.

[–]zigzagziging 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The article even said every team was excited to play the boys till they got smashed

[–]Factual_Discord 66 points67 points68 points 4 years ago (30 children) | Copy Link

Yup, back in the late 90s when I was in college the State women's netball team actually invited the College to put up a team of boys to have a social game of netball in the gym.

A bunch of random (but decent) 18yo college basketballers put together a team, and you guessed it, they actually smashed the State women's netball team, even though none of them had actually played netball before.

[–]furburger183 82 points83 points84 points 4 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

The Australian women's soccer team(ranked 5th in the world at the time) got beaten 7-0 by a local team of 15 year old boys in 2016.

FC Dallas u15s boys team beat the US women's team 5-2 in 2017

[–]Factual_Discord 60 points61 points62 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

Yet they want equal pay, subsidised by money brought in by the men's leagues because the women's leagues never even break even financially and have to be propped up.

Ridiculous.

[–]furburger183 72 points73 points74 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

The biggest thing holding back women's sport is actually women not supporting it. Ironic

[–]Factual_Discord 47 points48 points49 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

It's almost as if women are overall not as interested in sports.

My wife hates watching sport, she'd rather watch literally anything else, even Antique Roadshow.

[–]farfletched 10 points11 points12 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That theme tune is beast though.

[–]mithrilbong 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Shit, im a guy and id rather watch antique roadshow.

Might be nostalgia from hanging out with grandma, though.

[–]blackbelt_in_science 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I mean, antiques road show is legit entertaining on a few occasions

[–]Cheveyo 28 points29 points30 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Women actually get better deals at the end of the day.

Men get paid on a per game basis in the US. If they don't play, they don't get money. Women get paid a salary regardless. Which means that when the games were shut down because of the pandemic, Men's soccer teams made no money, whereas Women's soccer teams all got a nice 200k salary.

[–]grnrngr 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Men get paid on a per game basis in the US. If they don't play, they don't get money. Women get paid a salary regardless.

Not all the women. Just the stars. An important distinction. The women's side has done a good job muddying that line - they aren't fighting for the newcomers.

Also, having the women on salary encourages us to continue playing those women, whether or not they're in a slump in their club game. Whether that's good for a player's game and/or bad for expanding the program is unresolved.

Women's soccer teams all got a nice 200k salary.

See above. This is largely untrue. Also, most professional soccer players in the United States had a prorated salary in response to the shortened playing window past year.

Also, also: the women weren't exactly complaining about the appearance fees so much as they were complaining about the tournament prize purses - which is a FIFA thing, not a US Soccer thing - and the conditions under which they are forced to play (which at times have been abhorrent and shouldn't be permitted for any professional player.)

The solution regardless is to pay everyone an appearance fee and the same win bonus. The women may earn more money per friendly, but may make less overall as there's no baked in reason to play the same players all the time since they're no longer prepaid with salary; also less incentive for US Soccer to play them in meaningless friendlies against poor competition. But then the women get their lodging and air travel upgraded to the men's level, which is a win for them. And then they also don't have to play on unacceptable turf conditions - another win for them.

Prize money? Nothing to be done about that in US court.

[–]otterlyclueless 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The per diem issue would have been solved regardless.

It was just that the men had a more recent contract negotiation so they had a more up to date number. The women's team would have been updated to the same number no matter what.

[–]HotDamImHere -3 points-2 points-1 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I loled at "better deal"

[–]grnrngr 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Yet they want equal pay, subsidised by money brought in by the men's leagues

The lawsuit has been solely about national team. For much of the last decade, the women's team has made as much as the men, if not more.

Theirs is a misleading fight, but you need your facts straight in order to attack it.

[–]Factual_Discord 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think you replied to the wrong comment.

[–]Dickinaglassofwater 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The women's football team in the US have stated they don't want equal pay because they would earn less, because the male team is dogshit.

[–]WhyDoYouBanMeImRight 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

i think itd be kinda hilarious. imagine how pissed the NBA players would be when they got told

"sorry LeBron, we need half your salary to pay some nobody thathets no views on the wnba"

or the even cooler alternative, paying the men just as little as the women lol

[+]IneedtoBmyLonsomeTs -15 points-14 points-13 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

got beaten 7-0 by a local team of 15 year old boys in 2016.

That isn't exactly true and you shouldn't spread around this misinformation. While they were U15, they were the U15 team of the newcastle jets I believe, this team is in the A league (Australia's top soccer league).

They were some of the best U15 players in the country, not just some local football team.

[–]furburger183 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I'm from Australia. Yes they are affiliated with the A-league team but the at hardly the cream of the crop. A fair chunk of our best juniors head overseas to to the academies in the UK.

So the best women's team got smashed by a team of 15 year Olds from one of the smaller A-league teams. Most of which will never play pro football

[+]IneedtoBmyLonsomeTs -7 points-6 points-5 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Saying a local team makes it sound like they are just the average team from your local club. It is enough that a team ranked 5th in the world got beaten by a u15 team associated with an A league team, don't need to stretch it to make it sound like it was just an average u15 team.

They were also not 15, they were under 15, which means the team was likely composed of 14 and maybe a couple of 13 year olds. Playing for a club like that in Aus isn't some shit team, they are far above average compared to your average 14yo.

[–]Iamlegend_future 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Still a bunch on under 15 boys. Do you think those boys would have had any hope against the men's team?

[–]IneedtoBmyLonsomeTs -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Of course not. My point is why stretch the truth to make it look even more ridiculous than it is.

[–]NohoTwoPointOh 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Still 15-year-old kids, right?

[–]zerogear5-5 points 4 years ago [recovered] (8 children) | Copy Link

That makes me think that team was just really bad. I coordinated team with actual teamwork that's been practiced should be able to be any random group of people just from skill alone.

[–]Factual_Discord 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Have you ever seen 5'8 women try to score when facing a 6'8" centre when they aren't used to even jumping when they shoot?

They could barely score.

Also, pro tip, basketballers are also pretty good at team work, moving the ball, pivoting etc.

[–]zerogear5-1 points 4 years ago [recovered] (3 children) | Copy Link

Yeah but still coordination is the whole reason teams practice all the time they should be able to out play randos. That would just mean extremely tall women would dominate anyone shorter. Going off purely by height in a sport only does so much.

[–]Iamlegend_future 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

They practice all the time because that can improve the team but no amount of practice will improve them to the point of beating people that are just physically better. No matter how much my buddies and I train we'll never beat 5 random NBA players.

[–]zerogear50 points 4 years ago [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

we are not talking about random NBA players lol just a pick up game with randoms. A team should be able to beat them no matter what because thats the point of a team.

[–]Iamlegend_future -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Your missing my point. Even if my buddies and I practiced 12 hours a day for 10 years we would still lose to 5 random NBA player that have never played together. The reason they would win is the raw physical advantage.

[–]Iamlegend_future 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

That stuff can only take you so far. Physical attributes tend to override skill in many things. For example a fairly fit 240lb man will likely destroy a trained female weight lifter even if he has little to no training. Look at Shaq, he has terrible technique yet dominated anyway because when you're that size not many people can stop you.

As a side note I noticed back in my teens and early 20s that guys tend to coordinate pretty quickly even when they've never played together before. Can't tell you how many pickup basketball games I've been in where I didn't know the other players and yet we fell into a groove anyway.

[–]zerogear50 points 4 years ago [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

I can kinda see the side notes point and experienced it myself too. My main point is a group of randoms vs a activate sports team should have a significate advantage through teamwork and skill. In this example I don't think a group of shaq's formed though lol.

[–]Iamlegend_future 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The guys had raw physical advantages.

[–]shadowhollow4 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In most sports you need both skill and physical ability. Women can be as skilled as men but if a man and a woman are competing against each other and use the same diet and exercise plus they have the same level of skill the man will always win. Thats just how we evolved. We shouldn't be putting feelings over such a basic concept of our species.

[–]oizen 993 points994 points995 points 4 years ago (144 children) | Copy Link

People who say men are stronger arent saying it to be sexist

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 148 points149 points150 points 4 years ago (104 children) | Copy Link

Not only stronger, but faster and more coordinated. Signals travel faster down our nerves than for females.

[–]ScarletBaron0105 60 points61 points62 points 4 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

So men are generally more agile - faster reaction? Would it be an explanation as to why men perform better in E-sports as well? In my personal experience, even if I’m good at aim, my reaction time always feels slower than other teammates.

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 23 points24 points25 points 4 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

Yea, I think reaction time has a lot to do with e-sports.. well, in just about everything. It's just that we use e-sports as an example because there's no strength involved really, so it illustrates the fact that men have other advantages as well.

Kind of like when we refer to chess... they have to have their own league there, as well.

In my personal experience, even if I’m good at aim, my reaction time always feels slower than other teammates.

Yea, wish there was a way to improve it. It's just evolution, I suppose.

[–]ScarletBaron0105 13 points14 points15 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Yeah it’s just how we’re born isn’t it, I guess for women our dexterity is better but for men their agility is better

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yea, manual dexterity. I read about that.

[–]yellomachine 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

McIntosh Labs, a highly respected amplifier company, hired women exclusively for the production line for decades, because they could do fine detail work reliably, all day. Men's hands generally aren't up to it.

[–]Allbadhabitsarebad -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's why you will always make the nicest quilts. Get started darling your dexterity is needed in important places

[–]TheAmazingThanos 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I don't think segregated chess leagues is necessary

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Well, then women wouldn't be able to win anything. I'd rather they not exist, sure. Hell, I'd rather no female league exist for any sport.. but apparently they think they need them because they want to win when they realize they won't otherwise.

[–]TheAmazingThanos -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

A lot of female chess players don't want segregated leagues?

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I would think so.

[–]TheAmazingThanos 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm saying that most of them don't. I added a question mark for some reason

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, that would be great. Let's get rid of the women's league then.

[–]Zorba_Oyzo 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It doesn't explain the dominance in e.g. classical chess. Women are however better long distance swimmers due to body fat.

More men with higher IQ than women.

[–]TaxFreeNFL 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Also lower though, and the female numbers were averaged much closer together.

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yea that's a big number.

[–]slinkysuki 291 points292 points293 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

Uh, no. Nerve conduction is essentially the same speed in both sexes.

Bone density, muscle mass, and cardiovascular output tho? All things being equal for diet/exercise/effort... Dude's are going to have the upper hand. Testosterone is a hell of a drug.

[–]dukunt 120 points121 points122 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Faster reaction time is what he was getting at I think. Which we do have

[–][deleted] 36 points37 points38 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

If I remember correctly, 20ms difference, and the human average is 200ms.

[–]southdubify 30 points31 points32 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Seems to make a big difference in sports and combat.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Small differences in the averages have very visible effects on the extremes, the predominance of men in the elite of these fields is inevitable. Something like this.

[–]justin251 47 points48 points49 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

10% seems pretty significant.

[–]Generik25 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

At a high performance level, when the difference between competitors is very small, 10% is enormous

[–]Eric-The_Viking 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

10% is the overall average.

So even if looking insignificant, it's still a difference.

On the other side, some people have a weird way to word it NGL. Woman are not really always weaker, just on average.

[–]CrispyChews 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You’re probably right about his intentions, but those faster reactions are definitely not a result of faster nerve conduction.

[–]zigzagziging 53 points54 points55 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Fucking destroyed them.

49 to 12 in the final and that's the best female team.

Every game was like that, completely destroyed every female team, and that's u17 and u18 teams.

And netball Australia still want guy teams.

[–]ColeSloth 28 points29 points30 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Remember when a regular boys high-school futball team beat the Austrailians professional championship women's team? Or a guy ranked around 225th goofed around and still beat the Williams sisters in tennis?

Is sports aren't separated between men and women, women won't ever win anything but possibly some target shooting comps.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well who said netball was a woman's sport?

Seriously if there are woman's soccer and rugby teams, what right does anyone have to say that any sport is female only?

Signals travel faster down our nerves than for females.

Source? Transduction speed pretty much only depends on axon/dendrite diameter and whether the axon is myelinated or not. Maybe women have smaller diameter axons, but as I mentioned above, I’d like to see a credible source for this.

Sure, no problems. Science has proven this conclusively for over 70 years in about every way imaginable. It's why almost all scientific research in the field of cognitive study is done only on male test subjects.

One of the most simple and easily repeated tests for it is response times to visual stimulation. Women are literally slower to acknowledge, process and then respond to any form of visual stimulation. Doesn't matter what the subject matter is, or even in what context the processing and response to that stimulation is.

https://www.cell.com/action/showPdf?pii=S0960-9822%2818%2930776-0

It's literally the scientifically proven reason for why autism and individuals who end up on part of "the spectrum" are more than 90% male. Most women don't even have the neurological capacity for the processing speed in their brains to even become autistic, or function at a comparatively higher neurological state.

The importance of sex as a biological variable has recently been emphasized by major funding organizations [1] and within the neuroscience community[2]. Critical sex-based neural differences are indicated by, for example, conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that have a strong sex bias with a higher prevalence among males [51, 3]. Motivated by this broader context, we report a marked sex difference in a visual motion perception task among neuro-typical adults. Motion duration thresholds [4, 5] — the minimum duration needed to accurately perceive motion direction were considerably shorter for males than females. We replicated this result across three laboratories and 263 total participants. This type of enhanced performance has previously been observed only in special populations including ASD, depression, and senescence [6–8].

The observed sex difference cannot be explained by general differences in speed of visual processing, overall visual discrimination abilities, or potential motor-related differences. We also show that while individual differences in motion duration thresholds are associated with differences in fMRI responsiveness of human MT+, surprisingly, MT+ response magnitudes did not differ between males and females.

Thus, we reason that sex differences in motion perception are not captured by an MT+ fMRI measure that predicts within-sex individual differences in perception. Overall, these results show how sex differences can manifest unexpectedly, highlighting the importance of sex as a factor in the design and analysis of perceptual and cognitive studies.

[–]Gannicius -4 points-3 points-2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Although your explanation is way off the mark, conceptually you're almost there.

Male brains are more intrahemispheric, meaning each hemisphere develops to work more independently while females work more interhemispheric. This makes men more predisposed to better performance at actioning decisions and coordination. This has more info on it

Stronger, yes due to our natural abundance of testosterone. Being stronger also plays into being faster. Coordination highly depends on your brain function. There is no inherent advantage of male vs female in brain development for coordination. There is also no difference in nerve function between males and females.

A lot of our day to day functions are based on how we develop early.

The Fact that men are stronger than women is not sexist but the reason someone might relay that fact could very well be.

And therefore?

[+]mute1 -23 points-22 points-21 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Therefor what? Someone was attempting to claim that the saying Men are stronger than Women is sexist and that is BS. The sexism isn't in the fact nor the stating of it. If there were to be sexism found it would need to be found in the intent behind the statement. As we aren't all mind readers then we would in fact be making an assumption based on very little data with regards to the person making uttering the fact.

[–]NaughtyFred 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In the context of what was said your statement seems to indicate that because some who said it are sexiest (which is bad) and therefore the statement is bad/wrong. This is obviously wrong. If that wasn't what you were indicating then based on the context of what was said your statement has no meaning. So either way your statement was nonsense.

[–]Octopotamus5000 10 points11 points12 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There is no intent in stating a fact, other than to state a fact.

Outside of that, there is simply just people's feelings about things, which are irrelevant to facts.

[–]counselthedevil -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I know nuance is hard for morons.

  • It's a fact. True.

  • The incessant NEED to bring equality even when it hardly applies also shows what a sexist you might be. Also true.

Something being a fact isn't an immediate shield that means you aren't being a bigot. But ultimately the issue here is that equality has to do with ewomen's rights movements for equality in pay, equal access to jobs and servcies, etc. A random matchup between men and women isn't exactly an equality issue. But to morons butthurt by the concept of equality they feel this NEED to bring it up every chance they get, and in doing so they show their bigotry.

What they SHOULD be doing is just laugh and this and say well duh, we all saw this coming. But that's it. This isn't exactly about equality here.

“Most girls were initially keen to play the boys only to face reality that the boys were physically stronger, could move faster and jump higher”

Netball is Australia’s most popular female summer sport. It’s not a male sport, so it would not have been jocks the girls were competing against either.

It’s on the tip of my tongue, a movie or something where this guy is an amateur boxer, and a woman wants to fight him because she’s been working hard to get better, and everyone is surprised when he kicks her ass and they’re all like “you should have let her win” like she didn’t know what she was getting herself into fighting a guy who is bigger and has more weight on her. Experience helps for sure, but a guy is definitely gonna have the upper hand.

I don't agree. I was doing judo and treating women like men could really end up in hospital. I stopped doing it after first trainings when i noticed it was easy to win with heavier women with titles after two months of training. And weaker women can end up with broken bone.

Stories similar to that crop up now and again. One time during some reality show when that happened the guy threw two punches before the "fight" was called because that was all it needed. The woman involved said it was the hardest she'd ever been hit in her life despite previous sparring experiences with other women up until then.

[–]Octopotamus5000 23 points24 points25 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

The story Million Dollar baby was based on, wasn't.

The writer of the movie adapted Lucia Rijker's personal experience while as an undefeated female world Kickboxing, MuayThai and Boxing champ, where she took on an amateur male fighter from two weight classes beneath her (Adam Jaidee, from New Zealand) in a full MuayThai rules bout. She got beaten so savagely and knocked out so hard, she was unconscious for minutes after the knockout and then once she came too, she collapsed again on the way back to the change-rooms, spending the next number of weeks in an induced coma in intensive care, where she nearly died and at one point, her family were consulted to see if they wanted to consider turning off her life support.

Rijker was brought on to the movie to be a sparring and boxing consultant for one of the actresses involved, then when the "villain" character in the movie couldn't make the movie, they actually used Rijker to play the role of the woman who put's Hillary Swank in the hospital.

The gym where I lift weights overlooks an indoor athletic field, which is used by soccer, lacrosse, and flag football teams. I love it when a girls “elite travel” soccer team is pitted against a B or C level boys team and the boys team wallops the “elite” girls team. The look of realization on the girls faces and the faces of their parents is priceless. Boys are generally bigger, faster, and stronger than females. It is a biological reality.

[–]indissolubilis 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Why? Because their parents tell them that they are as strong, fast, and skilled as boys-giving them a real false sense of confidence. Also, have you watched any movies either in the theater or on streaming video lately. Netflix and Amazon are FULL of videos where the female protagonist is almost a martial arts “superhero”, and throws beatdowns on males much larger and stronger than them, perpetuating a very inaccurate myth. Females who have a steady diet of these films actually believe they can hold their own against males much larger and stronger than them. It’s like me deluding myself into believing that I actually stand a chance against a Silverback Gorilla or even a Chimpanzee, for that matter. It’s ridiculous—and dangerous to a degree.

I never SAID what you said. I am saying that while those facts are true, there are many who NEED to say it that are syaing from a place of sexism and not even realizing it.

Just because it's a fact doesn't mean you aren't being a sexist asshat when you have this pavlovian NEED to spit it out every fucking chance you get.

There's a difference between denying pussy passes and being a sexist prick.

This story is about the fact that men are stronger than women in a silly matchup. It has nothing to do with equality in the sense that women should have equal access to various things. Relating the equality topic to this gives away how butthurt someone is about women's equality movement. Gives away their bigotry. The topics are hardly related.

There is a difference between justice and equality

This match up was equality but was it just to pit women against men ? Biologically men will always be stronger its not sexist its just facts

[–]counselthedevil -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There's nothing wrong with the fact that men in general are stronger than women. And there's nothing wrong that this occurred and it was pretty obvious. But this was just some general fun matchup, not justice related, or equal pay for careers, or equal access to public resources or something. Has nothign to do with the movements for equality worldwide. The jesting about it is a sexists way to devalue women in a snide way without appearing clearly sexist.

This is a huge problem with this subreddit. So many of you don't understand there's a line between pussy pass denied and being a sexist asshole. This is about denying pussy passes. Not hating women. Try a bit harder and see the damn difference. Joking that this is about equality is devaluing and sexist whether you want to deny it or not.

Why was this even a thing? Why were they having boys play against girls in the first place? I'm genuinely confused right now.

[–]KICKERMAN360 67 points68 points69 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Netball is dominated by girls, and I don't think there was a specific gender requirement. Sometimes there was a few male players, but never an all-male team.

Usually (when I grew up) basketball was for boys, netball for girls.

[–]malks80 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is inaccurate.

There is an all male national competition that happens most years.

Some states have all male leagues.

Netball Australia is just sexist and wants no part of it.

[–]Zporadik 19 points20 points21 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

There's no gender requirement for netball because "only girls play netball"

[–]DKDOT 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

So, how quick is that going to change?

[–]Zporadik 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]jagua_haku 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

It doesn’t really explain it. The league let the boys team in to what is traditionally a women’s sport. I love a good “equal rights and equal lefts” as much as the next guy but If anything, in this case it sounds unfair to the women

[–]Semisonic 61 points62 points63 points 4 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

[+]Cryptoporticus -29 points-28 points-27 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

people don't play sport solely to win and that's why we have divisions and segregation. This was like putting an A grade side against U18's. This whole thing was so dumb and definitely not fair on anyone. The girls had no chance of being competitive and it shouldn't have been allowed.

[–]Cheekobi 21 points22 points23 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

Did you actually just say people don't play sport to win? You've never played anything remotely competitive if you think this. No one plays a competitive sport to fucking lose.

[+]Jaten -13 points-12 points-11 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

No I said people don't play sport solely to win which is true.

I've played in the same state championships that this comp took place in. There's lots of regional teams that compete in it that can't hold a candle to the teams from seq. Almost every team from up north or out west gets smoked in every age group and they all know it coming down. It's a good experience for them and they enjoy competing. They definitely play it knowing they're gonna lose

[–]Yurishirox 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Championships exist solely for people who aim to become champions... winning it's the reason for their existence... are you okay?

[–]Jaten -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

not really. This comps mainly used as a talent identification for scouts. They pick a QLD squad from this comp to play in the nationals next year, kinda like a transition from amateur to the semi-professional league.

If it solely existed for people who want to win they wouldn't continuously invite uncompetitive teams like Northern, wide bay etc every year. These teams usually get throttled but it's a pretty great experience for them. Coming from rural areas to play netball in the big smoke with a bunch of their friends is gonna be one of the most memorable experiences of their school years. The same goes for all the other school rep sports in qld like union, league, touch etc.

wym "are you ok". All I've done is provide first hand information on the comp lol.

[–]mtfreestyler 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Basically there isn't enough boys playing the sport to have a functioning league so to actually have someone to play they played against the girls

[–]Achack 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It doesn’t really explain it.

Yes it does.

“The inclusion of both women and men in the competition in 2021 was about affording all netballers the opportunity to play and develop our great game.

There aren't enough male players to create a league so they let males play what is typically a female sport.

[–]jagua_haku -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Doesn’t seem fair considering that there’s a reason why we keep men and women’s sports separate. The only time this would be pussy pass denied is if there were a bunch of delusional feminists screaming that men and women are equal in talent, which the article doesn’t indicate was happening

[+][deleted] -6 points-5 points-4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Strictly speaking, it is not fair to separate by gender either. An individual may fit the average of the other gender.

Aren't both the sexes still developing? Why highlight only one as if only one develops? Don't girls develop way faster than boys?

Humans are weird. They complain of inequality of the sexes. Say girls can do whatever boys do and better, then complain when it when both compete together.

Please stop bringing your politics into this and think of the players.

Sorry dear. Society wanted this. With even the trans movement gaining traction, this is how there will be no more women's champions soon.

Men are on average 30-40% stronger than women.

I would say the difference is much higher with athletes and gym-goers.

Most women can't even do one pull up or a couple of push ups, the disparity is a little shocking.

[–]Asim1953 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

To be perfectly fair, most men probably can't do a pull up either.

[–]Mycroft033 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah I can’t do a pull-up lol. Would like to, but can’t yet

[–]thereallimpnoodle 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I haven’t worked out in years and I can still knock out a couple of pull ups and probably 40 or so pushups. I don’t understand how other men can’t do a single pull up.

[–]Asim1953 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

They've never worked out or practiced it before. For the same reason not everyone knows how to run an electric installation or even change a tire. Not optimal, but that's how it is.

[–]thereallimpnoodle 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

When I was a kid and first got into wrestling I had never worked out and I could around 25 push-ups. I had never worked out before. This is pushing with your arms something that no one should have to practice or be taught. You’re trying to draw a parallel to something that requires specialized knowledge that you need to learn or be taught. They aren’t the same thing.

[–]Asim1953 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

There is a fair bit of knowledge even when it comes to pullups. It's a skill that comes with its own technique and nuances, and has to be practiced and drilled into your body. If you could do 25 pushups without any prior training, then as a powerlifter I can tell you that you must have naturally been at least somewhat athletic (either through upbringing or genetics), since that's not something very common.

Even for basic pushups, the central nervous system requires a fair bit of adaptation for most people to be able to roll out those numbers, also depending on physical characteristics like weight, since that's also very relevant.

Case in point, the vast majority of people who have never worked out can't do a pullup, and hangs around the 6-10 mark for pushups. Lower if they're overweight or obese.

The bar for society shouldn't have been that low, but it is what it is.

[–]thereallimpnoodle 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

High school kids do the president fitness thing with a pace run, push-ups and sit ups. Plenty of boys in junior high get close to 25 push ups. You do not need specialized training to do so.

[–]Metatron_Fallen 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was an infantryman for 8 years. You'd be surprised the number of guys who struggle to do even 10 press-ups. Some guys have a good bit of upper body strength and endurance, and others- not so much.

With pull-ups this factor is further complicated if you are overweight. Obviously if you can maybe squeeze out two or three pull-ups (with trembling arms on the third) when you're at your proper body weight, how are you going to fare once you're 15 kilos overweight?

[–]wolfsbane67 37 points38 points39 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

I’m tired of all this craziness. I’m sorry women, we love you, but biology says you aren’t able to match men physically. Men are stronger, taller, faster, more resilient, have faster hand-eye coordination/reaction time. Not to mention a ton of other physical tools that make sports easier for men.

That doesn’t mean we look down on you or think you can’t compete. We just don’t want to compete against you, because it’s an unfair playing field. Don’t blame men, blame your genetics.

[–]entrep4 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Thank you. This just changed my mind about men competing in women's sports. I was of the mind that it should never happen, now I see that it needs to happen more. To ignore human physiology in the name of equality is insane. Feminism and the equality movement called down the thunder; it has arrived, in the form of facts and truths.

[–]TallGrayAndSexy 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So let me get this straight... When cis boys beat girls, the biological differences matter and it's a disgusting affair, but when trans girls win gold medals against cis girls, it's an event to celebrate and if you disagree you're a bigot because it's 2021 and there are no physical differences between boys and girls. Am I getting that right?

[–]Visible_Flow 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

They do, actually.

There is general chess, open for everyone(men&women), and tournaments exclusive for women.

Generally not many women show up in the general tournaments though, ofcourse with notable exceptions, like Judit Polgár.

Considered the best female chess player of all time, her highest ranking was 8th place in the world.

The best female chess player currently is Hou Yifan, at no. 84 in the world(peaked at no. 55).

There are three women in total who got in the top 100 chess player ranks.

[–]WikiSummarizerBot 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Judit Polgár

Judit Polgár (born 23 July 1976) is a Hungarian chess player. She is generally considered the strongest female chess player of all time. In 1991, Polgár achieved the title of Grandmaster at the age of 15 years and 4 months, at the time the youngest to have done so, breaking the record previously held by former World Champion Bobby Fischer. She was the youngest player ever to break into the FIDE top 100 players rating list, ranking No.

They do actually but the men are generally much better. I was surprised to find out the professional dart leagues have men and women divisions because the women can't compete with men at throwing a one ounce dart at a wall accurately.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

In fact, it is common to have a women's league as well, although it has considerably less value and reputation. I never heard of one only for men.

Even in the general/mixed ones, discrimination can occur. In this case (1), despite being mixed, the rules dictate that there must be at least one woman classified as champion. If there are 2 women it is ok, if there is a man and a woman also, but if there are 2 men then the subchampion must give the place to the best ranked woman, even if that woman is in fact the last one.

Oh, and bonus content! SJW's opinions about chess (2):

It is "racist" for competing white against black, and being the first ones who always open the game. Also "heteropatriarchal and monarchical", because the king is the dominant piece, with the queen working more than the male monarch. It is also "capitalist", since it sacrifices pawns to its service. And, as if that were not enough, the long-suffering role of the knights proves its "anti-animalist" character.

PD: My comment with links has not been posted :-( I will put them in a reply to this message, maybe it will be reviewed and approved. Edit: It doesn't look like it's going to be like that, in the rare case that someone wants them, ask for it or search in my profile.

Men and women compete in motor racing. It's true, there aren't a huge amount of women to be found at the top levels, but in the feeder levels of motor racing there are lots of women competing directly against guys.

This same shit happened in my school. Girls team was legue champs. Couple of male friends decided to start a male netball team to gain some brownie points for university. They practised less than 4 hours a week. After a month, they had a friendly game with the girls team and fucking demolished them.
18yo girls cant compete with 18yo boys who are 6ft+ and have played ball sports since they were 5 years old. Speed, coordination and tactics of the two teams simply werent comparable. The boys team still didnt reach top 3 in the male legue though

[–]fapfapfapattack 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In sport, you generally want to see the best of the best competing. You want to see the biggest, fastest, strongest competitors. Most of the time this will be men. For example, no female sprinter has ever run a sub 10 second 100m sprint. All three male medal winners at the Tokyo Olympics ran sub 10 seconds in the 100m final. Add to this that women, generally speaking, aren't as interested in sport as men.

[–]mrcanadafaf 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think what's most disgusting about this is the blatant sexism from the news anchors speaking on this story. "We don't want to see men take up space on the Netball court". Can you imagine if a male news anchor said that about women?

No backboards are required, because you literally aren't even allowed to defend. Repeatedly jumping to block the ball while someone shoots will literally get you DQ'd from the game and players aren't allowed to shoot the ball from pretty much any further out than the equivalent of a free throw line.

It's just unimaginably low-rent stupid levels of basic.

Wtf is netball? Lol.

It's a cunt of a game, played almost exclusively by girls and women. It is actually the most played sport in Australia, and a very strong sport throughout the commonwealth countries.

Apparently when the rules of basketball were being communicated between US and England, there was some confusion with the dribbling rule. The wrong meaning was picked up, and when that was realised the game was called netball.

In Netball one foot can not leave the ground or move once you have the ball. Imagine running down the court in basketball, but as soon as someone passes you the ball you need to STOP on the spot, then twist on that foot to pass the ball. That leads to catastrophic knee injuries for almost every serious player.

It is not a bad game, all these girls go onto the court all sweetness and light with their ponytails bobbing, then turn into COMPLETE FUCKING ANIMALS, then leave the court all sunshine and rainbows again.

You linked to the blog of a business and they discuss at their blog site which of the sports camps they run are most popular in the regional areas they operate their business in.

If you go to the ABS you can actually look up the national participation rate tables and there you'll see Netball's participation rate for those who do regular sports activity is a measly 4%. It basically has no following what so ever outside of primary school children's sport and is considered a nothing-sport by most people.

This link here has the correct sports in order: https://onthegosports.com.au/blogs/news/the-10-most-popular-sports-in-australia, including the numbers of participants.

Yeah I was trying to differentiate between males and females.

[–]Eatsasss 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Sounds interesting, thanks for the lengthy answer. I personally find all sports boring, all except for XFL and Slamball from when I was a kid. Those were bad ass.

[–]Cheekobi 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Slam ball! Haven't thought of that in yeeeeeears. How's your 30s?

[–]Eatsasss 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Right? It was pretty damn cool.

I just turned. I don't want to talk about it. Lmao. Nah it's all good.

They would beat Lebron James. They are tough as nails and never milk a penalty. They may have one but Lebron is one.

Netball

Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Netball is most popular in many Commonwealth nations and according to the INF, netball is played by more than 20 million people in more than 80 countries. Major domestic leagues in the sport include the Netball Superleague in Great Britain, Suncorp Super Netball in Australia and the ANZ Premiership in New Zealand. Four major competitions take place internationally: the quadrennial World Netball Championships, the Commonwealth Games, and the yearly Quad Series and Fast5 Series.

When I was a kid our school forgot that it had been invited to take part in a netball tournament. A mixed-sex team was quickly roped together for whoever was available including mostly boys who'd never played the game and didn't know the rules. Came dead last. No one minded. It's only when boys win that these hypocrites seem to care.

[–]Nanteen666 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Wait....so women and men are different?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well they wanted equality... maybe the coach of the Queensland Suns was allowed to pick the fittest, strongest players.. I wonder what wokeness equipped the Bond University Bull Sharks with entirely female players?

Did the sharks reject boys for a reason?

[–]Istoleapot 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Man they pissed off in that article!!! I've seen grown men play American football and beat other teams on average of 21points or more. So an extra 9 points for a game against women isn't something to call BS on.

Boo woo grow up and let them play. Maybe the girls should train harder

[–]Twin_Potato_Tea 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Right they wanted it now they complain when they get it bet all they did was one round of training and stopped and only used Girl's are better then boys as there motivation and training

[–]JCPunch94 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So not about the pussyass being denied which it definitely was as if the girls had won this would be all praise. But if the guys team said they identified as females how do yall think this would have gone down

An interesting point in that article that got the barest of mentions, is that the boys team was playing a very different style.

Netball is typically played with lots of short, fast passes and often you try to fake out nearby opponents by indicating to pass to Team-mate A, then quickly flicking the ball to Team-mate B.

The boys were playing a much more "aerial" style, long and high overhead passes and likely high-jumping catches and "marks".

[–]flyingokapis 18 points19 points20 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Such a long winded explanation they used for that 'aerial style', they basically used 'common sense style', boys had the height advantage so just threw it over girls heads.

[–]The-truth-hurts1 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I doubt it was just the “style” of play that gave the outcome

[–]Whathekel 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

As an American, can someone explain what netball is?

[–]tauntaunsrock 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It's a pretty popular mostly ladies sport in Australia and NZ.
To an American, think the rules of Ultimate Frisbee, but with a ball instead and you need to get the ball in a hoop to score.

[–]Rokef 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Imagine basketball but you can't dribble and there's no backboard for the hoop

[–]Wifi-Doggo 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Can't move while holding the ball too

[–]jerko14 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

i found explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBuxsRnU50A&ab_channel=intosport

seems very boring

[–]CarpetCumshot -3 points-2 points-1 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Men win as usual, women should be taught from time to time that men are superior.

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore -4 points-3 points-2 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Why don't they create a "Women's Netball" like every other sport they play, since men are better at everything?

[–]fapfapfapattack 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The International Netball Federation have made their stance quite clear, they don't want men playing.

[–]_MrMeseeks 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's only played by women from what I've gathered. There is no men's league.

[–]Reddit_Sux_Hardcore 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

ok

[–]WaffleHouseOfficiaI -4 points-3 points-2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It’s this just ultimate frisbee mixed with HORSE

[–]Writer_On_a_Perch -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Is this really a pussy pass denied situation? Two groups played a game and one lost. Sometimes this sub seems to devolve into incel shit and this seems to be getting close.

[–]HarbourView[S] 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

The boys’ team denied all the girls’ teams a pussy pass by beating them. They were booed by spectators because of it.

[–]Writer_On_a_Perch -4 points-3 points-2 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I don't feel as if the girls here felt entitled. They probably tried their best and lost. If they crowd booed that's om the crowd not the team

[–]HarbourView[S] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Another way to look at it is that keeping the boys out of the competition is a pussy pass. Or encouraging the girls to think they would be competitive with boys in the sport is a pussy pass. So that’s 2 more ways the pussy pass was denied. .

[–]Writer_On_a_Perch -3 points-2 points-1 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Encouraging women to try their absolute best to beat their competition is a pussy pass? Dude wtf. Watching men get the rights to their child or having a female pedo behind bars is why I'm here this post and your explanation is fucking ridiculous.

[–]HarbourView[S] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Ok so you have a more narrow focus. I’m not going to argue with you on that. But I’ve given you 3 ways that this is a wider example of a more general pussy pass that occurs being denied.

[–]whatsupskip 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I heard it and believed it, since most girls played it and didn't think they were spread across many sports like boys are.

[–]war4gatch 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why don’t they have a men’s and women’s tournament? I’m all for equality but testosterone can do a whole lot and pretending there is no difference is unfair to both sexes

[–]karmicca 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

lol

[–]LogicAllArround 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm shocked.

[–]DoveesBloodyBear 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I want to know what they could be saying to kids, ridiculous people.

[–]schmookman 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Reminds me of year 12 when the 1st boys soccer and basketball vs the 1st girls hockey and netball. Pretty similar results too haha

[–]Marine_Point 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Men are just GENERALLY more athletic then women. There are exceptions, but overall it's true. What that number is, I don't know.

[–]haydenfowler812 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Is netball like a primarly women sport I live in America and have no clue what that even is only seen it a tiny bit from the Olympics

[–]Beardless_Yeti 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What the fuck is this sport? It looks like retarded basketball.

[–]HarbourView[S] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep. That’s right. It’s a sport designed for girls to play. Don’t know why any self respecting boy would want to play it.

[–]Karlskiii 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My school was all boys a few years before I joined and I remember a few years later they still didn't have enough girls to form a team for house Netball so the boys were drafted instead. Fun times! I played wing attack lol

[–]Never-Luckyy 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Double standard. If they would have won,we wouldn’t hear shit from the fem team. Matter of fact they would have laughed off the game, and totally thought it was fair.

[–]yelo777 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Every time they say "Netball" it sounds like they're saying "nipple" to me lol

[–]Eisonu 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

“Not being included” Nah bitch your team just sucked ass and got destroyed.

[–]soljakid 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No one is commenting on how netball sounds like nipple when said with a Australian accent

[–]Spookedthoroughly 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

What fucken chads

[–]Non_Invasive_Species 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well girls and women, do you want inclusion or don't you? If you do, it's a two way street. Sorry if this is a bitter pill to swallow, but oh well.

[–]beandosprouto -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Okay how do I accept the fact that as a female I will always be inferior to men? I know that I'm weaker and less intelligent, but I want to be worth something more than just an incubator, holes to fuck, a housemaid, a burden. What can I do?

[–]HarbourView[S] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Men and women are complimentary. Enjoy being a girl don’t try to be a boy. Bond with a guy who is not a player and he will want to build a family with you, as a partnership, together.

[–]BRC_Del 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I know that I'm weaker and less intelligent

... Are you? Can't speak for your physique but idiocy is gender neutral.

What can you do? Stop worrying about technicalities and do things exclusively because you want to. The rest will make sense once you do.
