Absolutely not, speaking for myself and lot of my gal friends. I don't speak for everyone, and I don't think it's necessarily a negative trait on principle, but I find that a lot of guys with high body counts make bad relationship and sexual partners. It speaks to a misalignment with my priorities and time not building skills required to maintain relationships. But I'll overlook a high body. It is something I am wary of to be honest. I don't mean that to be offensive to anybody in any way because not everyone is the same in terms of priorities and values. What's good for one person may not be good for another. I mostly view it as a yellow flag. My girl friends and I have a phrase we use occasionally: "I don't want no community dick".

I don't think I would praise or condemn someone for how many people they'd slept with before meeting/being with me. I would care, if they had a lot of previous partners, that they had been appropriately safe/tested for STI's, but if that was clear/treatable/they were upfront about if they had something. Then that's fine.

I definitely wouldn't prefer men who've been with lots of previous partners. But it wouldn't rule them out either. It's more of a neutral statement.

If they've got a high body count (murder) then that would be a turn off.

No absolutely not! There is a study on this and women prefer men that have low BC, and some people prefer ”the reformed man”. Probably because they think that he can make a very informed decision. Actually liking promiscious men is rare.

However there is the concept of preselection. Other women liking a man shows a woman he is desireable (I think it’s stupid but women work like this more than men even with paintings and such) so that can be it…

…plus a man having it is seen as him having other traits desireable and sometimes it’s indeed associated with that. But it’s never about the BC. It’s the traits that come with it, and often it’s about ”tolerating” it. Men are also willing to tolerate a higher bc more if the woman has other traits.

Also as a woman I can speak for myself that it’s not as much about ”1 is better than 4”, but also the circumstances regarding the BC. Many men have low BC but wish to have higher so it’s most about the attitude. I would reject men if they are promiscious or have high BC. I don’t want that near me. I’m probably harsher than some others.

Speaking only for myself, I literally don't care what anyone's "body count" is and am not really a fan of the term. I care about consent, getting tested regularly, and open communication about STI status.

I think a lot of people get hung up on how many partners someone has had but what matters to me is that my partner is my partner now.

One thing I don’t get about the red pill movement and most dating advice is that it generalizes men and women. Not all women think the same. Personally I don’t care about body count but more often than not men with a high body count tend to view women like objects. Not all of course but I can see why some are weary. I think worrying about someone’s past sex partners can come off as insecure. Like if a guy is so concerned with my body count I feel like he may end up being controlling and toxic in the relationship in the future. If someone make you happy and you feel you have a genuine connection with them, then go for it.

People marry people similar to them, generally. Most women have only slept with 3-5 men, and most men 4-6 women, or something like that. Women tend to avoid promiscuous men, certainly for marrying. People are generally clued into the fact that past behaviour predicts future behaviour. No one wants someone who will cheat on them or leave. Also, quite frankly, there is something wrong with people who sleep around, psychologically. It usually comes out in other ways too. Many men, especially RP men, have a fantasy of wanting a lot of women and tell themselves it makes them more, rather than less valuable, to make the fantasy have a happy ending. It's not true of course, but they persist in their delusions. Virgins still have the strongest marriages. People who sleep around tend to be narcissistic or have impulse control issues, among other things. You may get delusional women who think they can change them and so go for these men. But I would bet 99% of the time they end up miserable or one breaks up with the other. These people, usually, have trouble forming healthy bonds.

Truly, I do not care how many people a potential partner has been with, provided they use safer sex practices and come to me with a clean bill of health.

I will note:

- Men who brag about their prowess and/or experience are often the laziest lovers you can imagine.

- This group tends to have a set list of moves -- most of which are not very good or are decent moves that are poorly executed.

From what I know, most women don’t really care about body count the way men do. It’s more that the guys who women like often happen to have high body counts because they’ve had a lot of opportunities and, again, men don’t get shamed for it like women do. So in other words, having sex with a lot of women won’t make you more attractive to them; women might even respect you more for not sleeping around, assuming that you’re attractive enough to have the opportunities. But what you really want to do is just focus on becoming more attractive, and most women won’t care all that much about your body count.

Having actually lived in the real world women will say they prefer a low or lower body count but this is absolutely false. Guys who have low body counts have that for a reason. Some of the girls I slept with loved to hear stories about my adventures. It turned them on. Some were more subtle about it. I have a high body count and have never met a woman who was turned off by it. I get compliments on my sexual prowess often which is a result of having lots of experience. My ex had a much lower body count than me and was much more conservative sexually and although she never expressed dissatisfaction at my body count, it did in many cases make her feel sexually inferior.

I’m also very confident with women due to my experience which is also seen as attractive. My body count has never lost me an opportunity with a woman but the byproducts of it such a greater confidence and sexual experience have opened up many opportunities.

Sure a woman may say a high body count is unattractive but I’ve never encountered this. The woman is usually attracted enough by the time it’s brought up to overlook it, or they just outright don’t care.

So yeah it’s not the body count per se that is important but the traits that having a high body count develops or implies.

When I told my first serious girlfriend that I had slept with 4 girls before her at 19-20 years of age, she was in shock saying it’s weird, guys should have had more experience at that age, etc. The worst thing is that I lied and she was actually my second sexual partner but I felt like she would shame me even more… Nowadays, at 24 whenever I say I had sex with 10 girls (because the girl asked me repeatedly what’s my body count), my sexual partners are usually in shock or don’t believe me and think I’m lying, that I have a 100+ body count, etc. which doesn’t help my insecurities.
