Being single is more heavenly than literally most relationships. If you're a person who's main goal is to REALLY enjoy their life, you will start to feel at odds with almost everything in the average hetero relationship. I dont think they are natural. I think people like to settle in and wait in line. All along I thought people's goals were more like mine, that they couldn't do that. The older I get the more I realize people go after something VERY different. I'm really glad I never had kids.

Here’s a caveat: yes, we can easily have a man. But the supply of HVM isn’t enough. Also, depending how much attraction matters to you, can be tough to find a man we are attracted to enough that’s also HVM.

That being said, being single isn’t an insult. And is more a reflection of the available quality than you 🤷🏽‍♀️

It goes beyond just dating men too. Being single, regardless of sexual orientation is seen as sad or bad or questionable. I'd like to find a partner, but I also really enjoy my time single. I do so much, whereas historically I find I lose part of myself when I get into a relationship. I know that if I ever had another relationship I won't let that happen, and so if that means being single, then that's what I'll choose. People seem baffled that you can have a fulfilling life without being in a relationship.
