It is always best to be upfront about your intentions/expectations. So, as frustrating as it may be for you that many of the women you are speaking with have different expectations, it is commendable that you have respected them. I wouldn’t start dating women who have already expressed the intention of a serious relationship if you’re not ready for that yet.

That said, I agree with other people here that you might want to adjust your expectations a little bit. Chances are if you end up dating with the understanding that you would want a relationship, you wont get along or want a relationship with many people you date. It is difficult to just decide after 3-4 hookups “okay its relationship time” because you still have to find someone you like. And honestly that process could take a few days or it could take years.

On one hand, I think it’s good you’re realistic about the idea you may feel as if you’d missed out if you find yourself in a serious relationship too soon. On the other hand, it seems like you want more control over the pace of dating/sexual relation/relationships than any one person can ever have.

I’d say a) keep cultivating a good relationship with that hand (masturbation is very healthy. All these answers look great, I also think that if you continue to struggle with the sexual urges maybe you should consider sex therapy. It’s pretty self-explanatory, but it can definitely help with feeling more sexually balanced. Once you have those thoughts/urges under control, maybe the relationship part will fall into place after.

Get off dating sites is one. Dating sites are toxic for your mental health, more or so indirectly.

Get on your purpose. You want to attract girls rather than chase them and girls love a man with a high drive in life.

Be confident. Confidence is key for everything in life. The way to build confidence is doing things you have never done before and make achievements. Build hobbies and create something thats great that u can take credit for.

Stop watching porn and masturbating all together. Porn makes you have high standards so those might be fcking you over from finding someone you truly like. It also lowers your confidence since you're convincing your brain that you're reproducing so its thinking that it or you doesnt have to try anymore.

Be open to relationships but don't chase, like i said before attract.

Look clean. This is cold truth but cares DO care about looks. As far as first impression looks goes. You may have the best personality but you might not be able to show her because she'll drop you by then so you'll have to be dressed like a man not a teenage or eboy. Women like men not children.
