I can only speak from my own experience, but what I do for my husband is totally different from what I did with my first boyfriend. I do way more for my husband. I think that comes from knowing my body better, trusting him more, the fact that he’s a much more attentive and generous lover, and that I’m not as shy anymore, I can actually communicate what I want. Plus, we share some kinks.

Some people might need more time to feel safe before doing more "spicy" stuff. Vanilla sex is the basic, and people tend to start with basic stuff before going deeper.

Speaking strictly from my own experience, but kinky stuff requires very high levels of trust. If you're specifically after that, perhaps opening up with that from the get-go will be beneficial. If you like something you like something usually, who you're with isn't suddenly going to make you like it or not like it.

You might not do it if the other person doesn't like it or you don't think they will. And you'll likely be more comfortable to do more adventurous or dangerous things the more you know someone and the more confident you are they can do them safely. It seems you've had a lot of partners which means you presumably have just been having casual sex, so they're unlikely to feel you're safe to do anything too risky with.

If you want to do specific acts either people I suggest you communicate that instead of thinking that whether they happen to share your kink or not is a measure of their attraction to you.

Women aren’t magically going to start liking things they previously tried and hated or aren’t interested in just because you want to do them. Sure the more trust you have the more she may want to try but you are looking for specific kinks and not everyone wants to do something just because their partner wants it. I think everyone does, and I think guys do more than they’d admit. In fact it isn’t uncommon for guys to change their level of sexual acts before and after marriage, and even after children.

Sexual acts in themselves have a lot of deep psychologist involved and often it is less what the other person makes you feel, and more to do with where you’re at.

Imo if you’re happy and satisfied in a relationship, stewing over what someone’s done with a previous partner brings unnecessary hurt and conflict

No, many women are actually just against “freaky” or “kinky” behaviours and it stays that way regardless of the male partner in question. Yeah, part of it is that some women are just lazy in bed and expect the guy to carry everything. They get used to being the one receiving, so they don’t feel the need to match that energy back. So you can be putting in effort and still get basic, low-effort sex in return.

And honestly, some women don’t really go all out like that unless they’re really into the guy. If the attraction isn’t high enough, they’ll keep it pretty safe and minimal. So it’s not always about you doing something wrong, sometimes it’s just the level of attraction or the type of women you’re dealing with.
