Red Pill Video Compilation Nuke: Required Viewing for All

Reddit View
July 8, 2015

Intro: I believe that videos are vitally necessary for the explanation of big picture TRP concepts and should be included in the sub and should the sub shutdown. As incredible as posts and the comments section can be, they can't replace the visual aspect and thoroughness of a clip. Below, are videos that every TRP member, newbie and veteran alike, is required to watch, except below the weightlifting section. Many of them have been sporadically shared here in this sub over the years, but now they're in one place. None of them are a substitution for the other. Videos have been backed up in case of censorship. Beware: intellectual burnout and anger phase relapse may occur. There's a comedy section at the end, I suggest you periodically dip in it for some relief, it can get depressing. A good laugh will be had. Enjoy.

Reminder: The merit of a message is not predicated on the character or extra curricular activities of the speaker.

The Plugged-in Won't Listen

Gender and Racial Wage Gap Narrative

Do Women Earn Less?

"Like other myths, this does have a kernel of truth to it. So for example, if you add up all the incomes of women and divide by the number of women in the labor force and then do the same thing for men, what you'll find is, on average, women do make about 75% of what men do. What's happening is not discrimination in the labor market, but differences in the choices that men and women make (about investing in their knowledge, their education, their skills, and their job experiences) that led to them getting paid different salaries."

The Dangers of Dating a Single Mother

  • Videoblogger talks about what it's like to date a single mother. Hint: Don't do it.

Indoctrination and Consumerism

Century of the Self (4 Part Series)

Like Darwin and his theory of evolution, Sigmund Freud's ideas about the subconscious controlling most of our lives was considered, 'radical', specifically those pertaining to sexuality. It was insulting to people's sensibilities and egos that they weren't in complete conscious control of their lives. And also like Darwin's critics, people didn't like being reminded that they were animals underneath it all.

A government official alive during the 1920's admits the government took a keen interest in Freud's ideas of the subconscious, and wanted to research on how to manipulate their citizen's minds without their conscious knowledge.

History of Political Correctness

  • European immigrant founders of Marxist Frankfurt school came to America to indoctrinate and take over its inhabitants with false narratives.

  • Ex-KGB intelligence officer exposes the reality of the intelligence community. Very little is done in espionage, while most work is done to indoctrinate the populace with narratives to such an extent, they will deny obvious facts.

Academia is the New Church (by /u/bsutansalt)

  • Governments and the elite have learned that outright indoctrination and domination through the church and dictatorship are not as effective today, so they decided to be more subtle and indirect with the illusion of democracy and slowly indoctrinate through the media and academia. They set the narrative, then people vote based on that narrative which always leads to a restriction of rights. In this case, women's suffering (ie rape culture).

Indoctrination in Academia

  • Teachers are being forced to spin every school subject in a SJW issue light which also includes the STEM courses.

College Conspiracy

  • The school system and academia is no longer about education, but about filling the pockets of a few and creating worker drones. Students are being taught that the only way to succeed in life is through this system, and are never taught how to escape it.

SJW's are Useful Idiots

  • Ex-KGB intelligence officer admits the reason why the government creates them, and the probable fates based on similar historical circumstances.

  • This clip, and the one before it are small segments of Yuri Bezmenov: Deception was my job, more like Dark Enlightenment Territory, but highly recommend.

Reason for Women's Liberation

  • Aaron Russo, explains why the elite and CIA funded women's liberation.

  • The clip is a small segment of Reflections and Warnings. Again, a bit more Dark Enlightenment territory, but highly recommend.

Planned Obsolescence

  • Several light bulb manufacturing companies form an official cartel to purposely make light bulbs last 1000 hours less so that consumers need to replace their products more often. This idea has spread and influenced multiple industries, and still exists today.

Why Engagement Rings Are a Scam

  • Big corporations with monopolies on diamond mining artificially restrict the supply of diamonds to give the illusion of scarcity. They then indoctrinated the populace into expecting jewelry to be apart of the relationship dynamic.

Divorce Reality

Inside America's Lucrative Divorce Industry

  • VICE conducts a documentary on rich divorce lawyer, and reveals how the business world has adapted to incentivize it in the new marriage climate. Lawyer: "I'm surprised marriage is not an extinct institution"

Divorce Corp (or here)

  • A documentary narrated by Dr. Drew showing the reality of the family court system.

Erasing Dad (Argentina) [Censored by the State]

  • A documentary showing that the state purposely uses children as financial hostages against the father to extract as much money as they can from him in family courts and child services.

Legal System Advice and Reality

Don't Ever Talk to the Police

  • A lawyer and a veteran police detective thoroughly teaches students to never talk to police. Your words can only be used against you, never for you. They will implement many manipulative and deceiving tactics to get a conviction. Always contact a lawyer

Privatized Prisons (Related to Debtor's Prison & assault and rape laws from the All-in-1 Legal Guide for Men)

  • Businesses contract with the government, some requiring 90%-100% occupation quotas, lest they have to pay a fee for unused beds. They are looking for any reason to prosecute you. Prisoners are used to prepare products for big industries for slave wages, creating big profit margins. "Crime goes down, jail population goes up"

Overcriminalization (Incentivized by Prison Quotas)

  • There are over 300k laws, so many that not even the government can keep track. Hundreds of laws are made every year, laws you never would think would be a jailable offense.

Spain's War on Men

  • The courts accept false accusations when claimed by women. Accused men are placed in jail for 48 hours. Over 400 accusations are made a day by women.

What the Decline Looks Like

The Beautiful Ones

  • A rat experiment funded by the Rockefeller Foundation that shows the social effects of removing predators, 'unlimited' resources, in the confinement of limited space. It could be said to be a MGTOW analogy. A good manosphere article analysis, here

soooo much better hearing it..

[–][deleted] 44 points45 points  (7 children) | Copy

That's a funny joke, but it's beside the point. The fact that he already put it in the context of "losing one's vagina" leads the audience to believe that he is asking what supplementary sexual practices there might be.

If some one screamed out: "I'll cook him his favorite ribs more often!" it would be funny enough that they would be comedians too.

[–]toughloveadvicegiver14 points15 points  (1 child) | Copy

What Coyote says is correct. Even if it has a sexual connotation, the very fact that the women are laughing and going along with it and finding sexual solutions implies that they deep down understand that they will lose any man's interest if they cannot provide him holes for pleasure.

Very interesting and funny stuff.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

They're entertaining the thought process that the comedian needs them to in order to be funny. Since they're paying, it behooves them to play along and not be a stick in the mud.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (3 children) | Copy

It only leads the audience to that conclusion because they already view women as a sexual object and nothing more, at least subconciously, which is brought to the surface with his joke. It's funny because the woman agree without saying it and without him implying sex.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (2 children) | Copy

Saying "how would you keep your man without a vagina?" Is implying sex.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

No, saying "how would you please your man without a vagina?", is implying sex. A woman could "cook ribs" to keep her man, as you said. Doing the same wouldn't please a man.

You only think it implys that because you already view women as a sexual object, subconsciously at least.

[–]da-way2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Patrice primed the audience to make them reach the conclusion the wanted, doesn't invalidate the joke nor the point.

[–]balajig80 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Here is the original video, Skip to 19:30. Much better than the audio.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana53 points54 points  (30 children) | Copy

Very nice collection.

Almost every Patrice O'Neal and Bill Burr video could be added to the humor collection. For example: “Those women, they stand at the finish line of a guy’s life… they just stand at the finish line waiting, saying ‘I’ll suck your dick!’”

This debate between pro-censorship feminist Kathy Lette and free speech advocate Alex Deane is always enlightening: TL;DR: feminist gets destroyed by logic and resorts to ad hominem as a favorite tactic. This shows how feminism and government work together - feminism advocates for limits on free speech and the government uses those new laws to suppress dissidents (h/t /u/gaylubeoil).

To see the true ugly nature of feminism, every man should watch the protests against Warren Farrell at UofT, and, of course, Big Red.

Divorce rape: check out Dave Foley's story of injustice on The Joe Rogan Experience.

Difference in physical strength: check this guy going bezerk on a gang of 5 women.

Finally, for false sexual assault accusation, it doesn't get better than How to ruin a man's life over $13 - and when the women are caught lying, nothing happens to them and Crazy Landlord False Rape Accusation Caught on Tape.

EDIT: I forgot the ultimate classic video that shows the nature of white knights: How Can She Slap?

EDIT 2: The Factual Feminist series is very worthwhile. For example: The Top Five Feminist Myths of All Time

Difference in physical strength: check this guy going bezerk on a gang of 5 women.

Holy shit this was satisfying. It's weird but I feel like I could take on 10+ women no problem.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 20 points21 points  (24 children) | Copy

Women are fragile weaklings. They are not built to fight. The whole tough martial arts girl character in movies taking on guys twice her size is horse shit like in the Avengers.

[–]Shitlord_Unbound17 points18 points  (1 child) | Copy

Its not just the physical differences. A guy, even a guy who has never been in a fight in his life, has mentally rehearsed that situation a thousand times. That kind of preparation is priceless when adrenaline starts to flow. How many women have engaged in tens of thousands of hours of violence as entertainment (gaming, movies, bloodsports)? How many women have indulged in hero fantasies since preschool? A woman is much more likely to curl into a ball or complain about the unfairness of the situation ("I'm a girl!") but a man doesn't expect mercy. Even a peaceable man is conditioned to accept violence in a way that women just aren't.

[–]Plai_Guitar4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

For a while I toured with a renaissance troupe doing sword-fighting and such in full armor. We also had a thing where any Joe blow schmo could walk up, we'd put them in armor and give them one of those LARP swords and pit them against some other person. The interesting thing was that basically every dude was prepared to fight. Even the most panzy-ass piece of trash would fight back against the guy at the other end of the ring. Most of the girls, they pussied out. Only girls who were martial artists or who were going up against a severely out-classed opponent were ever the ones that didn't drop their weapon and leave the ring after putting on the armor and standing across from the other person.

[–]i_raid_planets1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

A ~30% reduction in muscle mass shouldn't automatically make one that bad at fighting. I wonder if they go into seemingly halfhearted with the unconscious intention of maintaining sufficient plausible deniability and appearance of weakness to bait attentive white knights or something else

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Guys are also faster and have better frames for enduring longer fights, one fact people don't take into account is Ronda has spent 3 maybe 4 mins in the ring in her entire career she wins fights fast, a guy could easily outlast her.

[–]billcosbyeatsbabies1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Even simple analyzation of any youtube street fight video shows unexpecting, often untrained men and women engaging in fights. Every single time, the woman will throw a wide haymaker swing and hit with an open hand, with her wrist. This is extremely ineffective and often yields damage to the woman who threw the punch. Not to mention how they pull hair, etc. Now, when an untrained man engages in a fight, the fights are shorter in duration, with less mess and more focus on survival and the resolution to the situation. He will throw short, clean quick punches that aim for the jugular or jaw. In general men are built better for survival.

Tldr: men survive well

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana2 points3 points  (13 children) | Copy

Top women fighters might be able to take on similar-sized men, even trained ones. There are female BJJ champions who can easily submit men who are trained in BJJ. Joe Rogan also thinks that Ronda Rousey could defeat half of the men in her weight class in the UFC.

[–][deleted] 20 points21 points  (6 children) | Copy

He's saying that but I don't think he actually believes it. Let's just say the women's olympic division in wrestling is basically the very bottom tier of men's college wrestling in the states. <--- That gap is TREMENDOUS.

I'd love to see RR fight a top 10 contender in the men's weight division, I think RR would get humbled. She'd get out-struck easily and would be at a serious disadvantage strength wise. Some of those 'little guys' you see in the UFC are actually wrecking machines, scrappy, fast, and much stronger than they look.

The great thing about RR is that she's so ahead of most people she fights that she looks invincible. She's by far the most talented female MMA fighter due to her superior background in Judo. Women's MMA is basically UFC in 93... tons of amateurs fighting on the cards with a handful of highly skilled women thrown in, which will stay this way until the division evolves just as the men's has. I'm actually more exited about the polish fighter than RR, she looks like a top prospect for the UFC.

[–]el_Technico5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy

Let's just say the women's olympic division in wrestling is basically the very bottom tier of men's college wrestling in the states.

Not comparable at all. Guys in the 50 kg weight class would destroy the women, and it wouldn't even be close.

[–]cariboo_j17 points18 points  (0 children) | Copy

Like Venus and Serena lost to the 200th ranked guy in pro tennis lol.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana6 points7 points  (2 children) | Copy

There's absolutely no way RR could take on a top 10 contender in the men's division, that's a given.

However, assuming she's fighting someone in her weight class, these are my scientific wild-ass guesses:

  • RR vs average dude on the street: RR most likely wins.
  • RR vs dude with some MMA training: RR probably wins.
  • RR vs worst guy in UFC: RR maybe wins.
  • RR vs median guy in UFC: RR has 1-3% chance of winning.

[–]Los_Videojuegos0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

RR would actually practice her arm-locks by paying homeless men to fight her, and then she'd break their arms. So I'd bump all those guesses up by 15 percentage points. People know her arm-bar is killer and prep for it, and they usually fall to it very shortly anyways.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Do you have a source for that? That's pretty hardcore if it is true.

[–]cariboo_j1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

IIRC Joe Rogan said there's a video of Ronda rousey beating some UFC guy of the same weight class. Maybe she can beat guys in a fair fight.

Of couse that doesn't mean anything, there are always exceptions to the rule. She just happens to be an extreme anomaly.

[–]TimeHoTraveler10 points11 points  (5 children) | Copy

Even female MMA fighters can't take guys who weigh the same. Women are really that weak. Even if their technique is on point they don't really have the relative strength against their opponent to use it.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 18 points19 points  (3 children) | Copy

I believe a lot of fights where women beat the man is because they either intentionally or instinctively hold back. Let's say you do try, and end up beating her face in, you'll always be known as the woman beater. You can't possibly come out on top socially making a girls face bloody and bruised even if it was a sanctioned match.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy

I think a lot of women act weaker to appear more feminine too. I never could figure out why, but some girls seem offended or turned off when they see another girl helping a guy do something physical. Excuse me for grunting and straining in your presence, princess.

Tbh, if a woman is trying to punch me or does hit me I'm going to subdue her and not hit back.

That goes straight out the window when it's more than one woman or there's a weapon involved though.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Depends on what kind of guys they're fighting.

If you take the #1 woman fighter in the world and put her against some dude who weights the same and has a bit of training, she'll probably beat his ass.

Cris Cyborg weighs less than me but I would not want to go up against her.

[–]the-Real_Slim-Shady-1 points0 points  (3 children) | Copy

It's not horse shit at all. As a (very) amateur mma practitioner, the first thing I learned is that technique > cardio > size/strength. A skilled fighter will knock a giant on his ass every time if he's not on the same level. Take this fight for example (2:09).

[–]docbloodmoney4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy

Fedor might not be a good example because he's absurdly strong

[–]ArkhamSnake1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

And the fact many of the Pride FC fights were freak show events or entirely fixed.

[–]RedHeimdall1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

That assumes the difference in size and strength is not too much to handle. There definitely is a point at which it becomes so. In that video, the Korean is bigger and (presumably) stronger by a good amount -- but not twice as big, not twice as strong.

I'm a 200 lb guy, if I'm fighting a 100 lb girl, I am twice as big and more than twice as strong. With differences of that magnitude, technique won't make much difference.

[–]docbloodmoney6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

The SJWs women feel just as physically ill about their Beta Bucks, but they must continue their indoctrination bullshit in order to get them because, in the end, women NEED to have provisioning from a man and an alpha knows not to give any of it to her.

That one really struck a chord with me. I was at a Christmas party and this woman walks up to the me and group of people talking. This is a low effort post and should be removed.

Noooooooo... just kidding. That's an impressive accumulation of links and material. I'd agree that it should be sidebar material.

You could watch videos for hours.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorCopperFox3c34 points35 points  (7 children) | Copy

As long as you're at the gym, lifting heavy shit, while watching them, then sure.

Don't sit on your ass on the couch watching videos for hours though. If you wanna be TRP, you gotta live it.

There's your friendly TRP public service announcement for the day, folks.

[–][deleted] 27 points28 points  (3 children) | Copy

Nah, stay the hell out of the way if you want to watch videos at the gym.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorCopperFox3c5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

Very true. I don't watch videos or listen to music in the gym myself. Stay very focused, in the zone, the whole time. The gym is the Iron Temple IMHO. But perhaps some people might wanna do it between sets or something.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Lol, I always post the first thing that occurs to me. Thankfully, I don't have to be overly concerned about feels in this sub.

Primarily I just feel like these vids are too dense to consume in between sets, as well as trying to hold your place over 4G inside of most gyms is a PITA.

Maybe if you're doing pre/post lift cardio on a stationary machine you could knock a couple of these out.

[–]1989TaylorSwift12 points13 points  (0 children) | Copy

If you're watching videos at the gym, you're not fully focusing on either. Therefore, you're wasting your time and looking like a fucking scrub.

The whole idea of wanting women to do physically taxing jobs alongside men highlights just how far feminists are willing to go and how much they are willing to ignore reality.

I've done plenty of MMA, and sparring with girls is such a joke. They're so weak and slow you would not believe it. And these are not your average girl - the kind of person who is willing to fight much bigger and stronger men all the time are tough, dedicated and in great shape, I can tell you that. And still the physical difference is huuuge.

When it comes to stuff that is harder to measure, like leadership ability and drive, do you think they are glossing over the differences too? You betcha.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

That's why combat is such a joke. Even if they COULD meet the physical requirements for a man (which is so fucking rare), there is an inherent quickness and reaction time to combat that women just don't have. The savagery of going balls out with everything, you know? Like when you watch a cat-fight they both agree to take breaks during the fight and stupid shit like that. The killer instinct just isn't there in women.

[–]2Sepean6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

I don't know if women have slower reactions, but their lack of strength slows them down so much. Acceleration equals force divided by mass - and even though my arm weighs more than a woman's my extra muscle can generate relatively much more force.

Male force to mass ratio is at least 30% better in lower body and 60% in upper body. Imagine a car race where one car can accelerate 30% faster than the other; reaction time and driving skill will hardly matter with an advantage at that difference.

And that's just how fast you can move. A female cop against a male perp, the guy is likely to have what, 6-8 inches of reach and 40 pounds of mass on her, on top of her being slower. A female front line soldier, very little of the gear weighs less because she's smaller, the weapons and ammo weighs the same, the weight of her wounded buddy she has to drag to safety doesn't go down, walls don't get shorter.

The amount of hamstering that goes on on a societal level to open these sorts of position to women is just mind blowing, even when the stakes are so high and their disadvantages so obvious. Imagine what goes on to make them fit into white collar jobs.

Some great content here, some that I have missed myself, cheers OP.

Any newbies reading, just start a fucking weightlifting routine and stick with it. Stronglifts is definitely a good start. Don't wait for the perfect routine and perfect diet, as all you are doing is putting it off longer because you are lazy.

[–]TheDialecticParadox18 points19 points  (3 children) | Copy

Some others I recommend:

  • B.U.F.F dudes 12 week program. The 2014 version is better imo. They also put up videos detailing every exercise in every week for newbs. Very specific, which is what beginners need.

  • Candito's 6 week strength program This thing is great for people looking to adapt their routine for strength. Comes with an excel spreadsheet that tells you exactly how much weight and reps to do. Improved all my lifts by at least 20kg. Highly recommended.

  • The good ol' upper/lower split. That particular program is focused on a mix of hypertrophy and strength gains.

Simple, versatile, and adaptable to busy lifestyles. (2x intense, long workouts or 6x isolated, quick workouts).

[–]rpscrote0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

thanks for the link on the strength program. I've been thinking of giving a strictly periodized program a shot here. I've been getting good gains on reverse pyramid for years now but imo its good to try new stuff and see if it works better every now and again.

[–]TheDialecticParadox1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

I can guarantee switching to a new program will rather increase the amount you lift, or muscle growth. Rarely you will stagnate on a new program, unless you're a veteran lifter and are nearing your genetic potential.

[–]rpscrote0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Yeah I think I've reached the point where periodization is necessary instead of a bonus, so I'm reviewing through popular periodization methods. Got the 5-3-1 book and that's been well reviewed too

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 21 points22 points  (24 children) | Copy

I chose stronglifts because it's so simple. Nothing on eating habits or muscle diagrams. Just 5 sets of 5 reps. You can't fuck that up. I'll leave the advanced topics for /u/GayLubeOil skype consultations.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (23 children) | Copy

So how is your diet? I'm gonna start SL myself, but it's the diet that scares me. I have a small appetite.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 12 points13 points  (20 children) | Copy

Eggs, peanut butter, oatmeal, rice, milk, and lots of dead animals. Don't worry, once you start lifting, every meal tastes like the first time. You'll actually get annoyed from time to time because you're always hungry, stuck in the kitchen.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (9 children) | Copy

I have been lifting for one month know, before that I was on pure cardio and ab workout and managed to drop from 94kgs to 80kgs. At the moment I am lifting one part one day that is chest, back, legs, shoulder, biceps, triceps, abs. Do I continue on this for a while or should I look into any program like SL, 5x5 or 3x3?

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Do 5x5 for compound lifts, then stick with 8 rep sets for isolation movements.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorCopperFox3c1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy

I second what /u/dr_warlock said ... start with something like SL 5x5. Make the compound lifts your main focus at first, so you can build a decent base level of strength. Then you can start mixing in 8 rep sets for isolation stuff.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (4 children) | Copy

Thanks for the advise. I will finish this week with my regular schedule and then monday ill start 5x5. Meanwhile I will read up on it to understand better. At the moment I dont know what you guys mean by compounds

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

An exercise that recruits multiple muscle groups.

Ex: Squat

  • Glutes
  • Quads
  • Hamstring
  • Lower back and abs (required to keep the torso up)
  • Traps (Have to keep it flexed under heavy weight)

ex 2: bench

  • Pecs
  • Triceps
  • rear delts

ex 3: dead lift

  • You have to flex everything including your face to drive the bar upward off the floor 90%+ of your max without your torso leaning forward or the bar slipping out of your hands.

[–]rpscrote2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy

compound lifts: lifts where there's no guide or machine holding you in. Free lifts.

Specifically; deadlift, bench press, overhead press, squat, chin up/pull up.

Dont even bother with anything else. Just learn the form on those 5 lifts, get your form down by watching youtube videos and practicing, then add shit once you've got that figured out months down the line.

It took me 2.5 years of lifting before I actually needed to do anything more than those 5 lifts. And even then, they are still 80% of the bulk of my workouts.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Thanks for the advise. I have replied to a comment abobe wont repeat but I do mostly machine free exersice. Chinups lats back chest legs etc. But I am now going to switch to the program as you guys are suggesting. Biceps triceps etc I work as well. Plus abs n cardio

[–]gprime3120 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

A new lifter doesn't need to contain themselves to one part a day. SS or SL, 3-4 big lifts three times a week is all you need for the time being.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I am not new as per say. But yes this is me in the gym after 2-3 years break. I am starting the 5x5 come monday. Did legs today. Want to finish this week first

[–]Myrpl0 points1 point  (8 children) | Copy

I can literally eat all of the above except peanut butter (IBS). Do I just shove more of the former or replace it with something else?

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

The thing about peanut butter is that two table spoons = 8g of protein. Slather that shit on toast and you're golden. You'll just have to make it up from another protein source. No biggie.

Also, make sure to switch it up. Chicken and rice, then chicken and potatoes, then bbq chicken and rice, then bbq chicken and potatoes (not back to back, but I think you understand). This way it keeps the meal 'new'.

[–]miladmaaan1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

And peanut butter tastes fucking delicious with some whole milk.

[–]Myrpl1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

I'm gonna try that. As I said, it's because of a chronic crappy condition I developed that I can't go crazy with some foods without getting bloated or in pain. But lately I've found workarounds combining stuff. I'll do the toasted bread & peanut butter tomorrow.

[–]MarvelousWhale1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Not going to get too into detail here because it is a whole topic in itself, but look into balancing your gut bacteria and enzymes.

supplements to try:

If you still feel bloating or IBS, consider a gut cleanse due to probable parasites.

Wormwood/clove tincture.
Psyllium husk.
Liver support supplement to help your body remove the toxins from the dying parasites.

Parasites and imbalanced bacteria happen often with bodybuilders as their high protein diet allows them to thrive in the gut.

re: the RSD Tyler dentist vid......never brag about your profession to a woman, let alone when you're making a first impression. It's not so much that they thought he was a dentist that made him BB, it was the fact that it's beta to be that overachieving rich dude who hits on women in bars and uses his job as a pickup line. It wreaks of desperation and neediness.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

The idea of the video wasn't necessarily the job title, but the fact that women do indeed divide men into roles at all. A necessary concept to swallow for the newbs.

Ultimate Soldier Challenge (coed)

Army male reloads or clears jam for Army female

Challenge 2

Female Navy vs Male PMC

Challenge 3

Female PMC is physically unable to clear a rifle jam

Challenge 4

Female PMC can't keep up while carrying a heavy load. Notice she lets her rifle hang down because she's struggling so much from carrying the load.

Despite having a 30 second head start Army is no where near the mission area because they were moving at the female partner's speed while PMC split up and male reached site first. Once Army male realizes they are about to lose he starts working at 100% potential and outperforms female partner by an insane amount.

Everything in the Divorce Reality section is absolutely horrifying. Especially the entire Divorce Corp video. I had to get a drink halfway through.

The contrast between the cost of divorce in US vs Scandinavia is staggering. Perfect equal asset division in Iceland alimony limited to $1k/month for up to 1 year, cost of divorce is often just a "stamp on a letter". In the US, a single judge can walk out on your case, rob you of all your assets, money, and get you fired from your job.

Un-fucking-real. Never ever, ever get married.

I have a few channels that I've watched several videos of, and find to be entertaining and informative:

FeminismLOL - Another refreshing perspective from a woman. Unlike Karen Straughan, she's less pro-male than she is anti-feminist.

TL;DR (no, that's the actual name of the channel... he pronounces it as "teal deer")- Sarcastic, biting (he uses his British accent to wicked effect), and fact-based deconstruction of tons of youtube feminists. His take down of Laci Green is classic, and goes way in depth on irreducible gender differences due to evolutionary pressures in his video on slut-shaming

Sargon of Akkad - less focused on gender dynamics in particular, and more focused on the extreme left in general. Sometimes difficult to understand (he should enunciate more).

Video 15 you wrote Thomas Owell, it's actually Thomas Sowell.

I'd also like to recommend people here watch as many of Sowell's few videos as possible, and follow that with Milton Friedman, a nobel winning economist.

Friedman also has a wonderful counter argument for the wage gap laws. He argues it is vastly out of the favor of women to criminalize their ability to undercut men in the workforce. Both he and Sowell make the case, through contemporary quotes, that minimum wage was enacted to deny this very right to black workers, and their employment rates have dropped at every increase in minimum wage as a result, it's intended result.

Basically, in my words, if store brand soda, by law, could no longer cost less than Coca Cola, which brand will suffer?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

I find it so hilarious how the gender studies lady in the first video of "Gender Studies is Nonsense" talks shit about how doctors "go so far to prove that men and women are different" and how she's confused by that as if she's above that..

Solipsism at its finest. She can't even realize that she's the one that's gone so far out of her way to refute science and empirical evidence. Who the hell gave that quack a degree?

That being said, women going into male dominated careers like engineering isn't a bad thing, it's just less common for a woman to be interested in that kind of thing. Just like it's less common for a guy born in Boston MA to be a Yankees fan. As long as they can do the job and do it well I wouldn't care if they had three tits and a dick. "Inequality" is horse shit. The only people yelling "inequality" are the less-than-common woman who's less qualified than the person who was hired to take on the job. Business owners want people who yield results for their company despite what they look like.

Obviously I'm going to hire some cis male shitlord jacked bro who's worked construction since he was 13 over a skinny lady with a gender studies degree to hire a lifting heavy things technician

[–]capt_behindsight1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

If women do in fact make less than men, would it not be economically favorable to hire them over men? This discrepancy shows a difference in quality of work

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

This was the case during the Industrial Revolution, as I wrote, here. It's probably one of the greatest reasons why women are in the work force in such massive numbers today, because they could work for less.

The Fox Buisness video shows Men's Rights and TRP values perfectly. For once I will agree with a YouTube commenter who breaks down the idea of why men die sooner which is what the 2 lady's keep bringing up. He said it's because of backbreaking labor that men do, they tend to work more which is true.

Meanwhile we have 2 idiots blabbing their mouths about how men don't have feelings. At one point when she is proven wrong, the lady on the right reveals publicly to the entire world he got walked out on by his wife with practically no reason. Those 2 lady's represent the society we live in.

The hypocrisy of Steven Molyneux talking about rational thinking and logical debate makes my head explode.

The man is a walking example of how people throw up a wall of emotion to block concepts they disagree with, he outright advocates excluding people who disagree with his worldview from any form of interaction (including family members). He isn't a man confident in his worldview, and he's one of the biggest examples to show just how people can't engage in rational debate since he's never been willing to do so (which I can understand since his views are easily destroyed in debate).

[–]csehszlovakze5 points6 points  (3 children) | Copy

Even a broken clock is twice a day, I'm not discounting his specific argument in this case. It's just absurd he's the one making it. Agreed, I like that he promotes discussion and a certain sense of intellectualism but if you boil down his "anarchist" ideas it pretty much spits in the face of TRP.

I could elaborate if there is interest.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy

As a firefighter fireman, that video depressed me. I work with four women out of 60 and only one as fit as the one in the video. And she couldn't get through... It makes you think about who's backing you up.

[–]Jaredismyname0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Yeah it makes noe semse to have different standards if those standards are there to make sure that the person can do their job.

[–]red_gerb1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Steven Molyneux gets it wrong IMHO. the progression is: Blank slate, then Belief - from parents/friends, then Reason & evidence. This is the loading of BluePill into young men. Only until enough evidence piles up against the BP philosophy does the 'RedPill Way' become Salvation.

still a good video. Emotions in brain override Reason/Logic. so stay out of an emotional fight with your girl. as they say "don't wrestle with a pig, you will only get muddy, and the pig LIKES it".

[–]CNileDotA0 points1 point  (11 children) | Copy

This is a really good comp, but I wouldn't have put a Stefan Molyneux video in it. That man is a borderline cultist and a dishonest ignoramus who recommends cutting yourself off from your family, and is obsessed with the idea that everyone wants to kill him.

Here is Thunderf00t (who spends most of his time refuting feminist rhetoric) destroying this scumfuck:

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 4 points5 points  (5 children) | Copy

His overall character or extra curricular activities are irrelevant. Those 3 videos are great.

[–]heeb0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

No, they're not irrelevant. Background is important.

Would you quote Hitler, or Mao, or Stalin, or Charles Manson, if what they said sounded right?

I would find another, better source.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

I would. Stephen was citing sources in those videos and what he said made perfect sense. They were also the most direct, obejtive and thorough I could find. The very people who wont watch his videos need to see the first one i listed.

[–]heeb-1 points0 points  (2 children) | Copy

Your list's credibility is negatively impacted by him, even more so by putting his video as the first one.

Also, noobs to TRP who stumble upon your otherwise good list might think he's some credible TRP source, which he's not.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

I would not even be having this discussion in any other sub, but here, you're expected to be able to separate the person from the facts that they present. I did not post his channel, I posted three videos, those three videos are the credible trp source, the best of their kind.

[–]PavleKreator0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I have enjoyed the first video in the list very much, but because of it I ventured further into his channel and was off-put by some other videos. Maybe there should be a warning so others wouldn't waste time as well.

[–]PedroIsWatching4 points5 points  (3 children) | Copy

Thank you. The fact this post literally opened with Molyneux was enough to almost make me leave the page by reflex.

He's a cult leader, pure and simple. My roommate (who is a former mormon) overheard one of Molyneux's videos and made some interesting observations, mainly how similar his videos are to religious sermons:

  • Constantly talking about how "he has the truth" and how his detractors are only trying to take him down because they fear his truth. This is the same type of shit Joseph Smith said back in the day.

  • His logical statements only making sense within the confines of the video and the argument he's framing it in, and crumbling completely upon any outside scrutiny.

  • Constantly soliciting donations.

  • His stuff about family and abuse is a thinly-veiled ploy to make his followers (who donate to him) isolate themselves from family members or anyone who would point out his bullshit. He outright advocates people to abandon their families.

  • Constantly talking about and giving advice on medical, psychological or psychoanalytical topics despite having no certifications, degrees or training in any medical field. His bullshit about how the mind of a child works has no basis in reality.

[–]t1loa0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

what you are saying is startling. He just seems very thorough on the face of it. Source after source etc.

A cult based on facts if still a cult.

The Marc Rudov clip is my favorite. I personally don't even bother investing my time engaging in those conversations with most other MEN, let alone some women on live TV... Gotta root for the guy who goes into the belly of the fucking beast and gives it indigestion.

If you're from Argentina and have trouble watching the Erasing Dad video get Hola unblocker, a vpn/proxy or download it with any youtube downloader site/software.

Oh okay. I do most of these just on individual days. So when I do chest I do bench press, incline bench press, fly (manual), pushups, chest press and fly (machine). So I am not so much machine dependent. I also do planks, side planks and russian medicine ball sides daily so my abs n back are strong. Also 30mins of cardio in form of treadmill. I think next step for me is to start a programme as you and others here are suggesting

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

When you're watching TV, do pushups on the commercial break. Then do sit ups. I bought an iron gym and I do pull-ups in my house. It's great exercise.

I think we should add this one:

Replaced it with a working link. Youtube is now censoring videos that go against the narrative.

I have been a lurker for 5 years now. Finding this post and watching these videos has truly enlightened me. I am new to this idea of TRP but I like what I have seen so far.

If you could add RadioClassics to the 'Recommended Video channels', that would be great. He frequently uploads Tom Leykis shows from the early 00's.

Yes the black Phillip show gives excellent insight on women's behavior from one of the smartest and funniest comedians ever. Glad somebody finally referenced it.

I would remove at least the first section of Demographic Winter from the list. The central claim, that global population is shrinking, is demonstrably false. What it means is that the population of white people is shrinking. This is nativism, not science.

I have argued this point before, but sense didn't win out then, and I suspect it won't win out now; I simply need to point out that it is wrong.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children) | Copy

No, the average age is shifting. More older people, less younger people.

[–]magus6781 point2 points  (4 children) | Copy

Examines the population decline, especially in the west. The fertility rate has dropped below the replacement rate around the world.

This is true for some individual populations. For the world population it isn't true at all.

People getting older is not a problem ecologically. The population must stabilize, and an older demographic is the inevitable consequence of the increasing quality of healthcare.

The only solution (have more babies) is not a solution. It is simply handing the same problem to the next generation.

Regardless, I fail to see the direct relevance to TRP in general.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

When the population shifts to the elder extreme, more people require health care while less people are present in the workforce to support them. Either the old people die early deaths or young people get more money taxed from their labor.

[–]magus6780 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

This is true, but will happen eventually regardless. The population can't grow indefinitely. We can either exercise some control over the the stabilizing or just increase population until a crash does it for us.

This isn't a new problem, it has been in the pipeline for some time.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

This would require mass death such as genocide or a plague, child limit laws, mandatory birth control methods, and/or eugenics. Everything other than a plague is not going to happen. The crash will come. This graph illustrates my point. With every step above the carrying capacity (resources), the carrying capacity decreases by an equal amount. Eventually the population peaks, and begins to rapidly decline (poor regions first), but the carrying capacity doesn't regenerate after the peak until everything stabilizes again. Nature always achieves balance.

[–]magus6780 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

My background is biology, I'm aware of these principals.

Treating such a crash as inevitable ensure it will be the worst version of that crash it can be. But as I said, all of this has been argued before.

It is your list, and you can do with it what you will. I just felt compelled to point out that it is a very questionable video in general, and an odd choice for redpill material in particular. Otherwise, it seems a great post.

While I was watching this stuff I really felt the urge to share it and get a discussion going. Particularly on the "Truth about Rape Culture" video. Yet I've tried that in the past and been shamed and I know if I say, posted this on facebook, I would get attacked as sexist etc.

It really goes to show how little free speech there really is. You go against the prevailing narrative and people don't critique the ideas - they attack you personally. I'm so proud of the people out there who are willing to put their reputations on the line to bring these issues to light. It takes insane courage and energy to keep fighting the majority.
