Q4Bluepill: Is there a such thing as a man who can get sex but not commitment/relationships?

Do you believe that a man could be able to get moderately decent tail fairly often (say, 5's and 6's every other week and the occasional 7 two or three times a year) but be incapable of getting in a relationship that lasts longer than a month, even if he doesn't cheat, and even if he lowers his physical standards?
