And this is how they ruin our careers. I experienced the worst sexual harassment and mobbing of my life when I moved to my current country. I was the youngest person and only woman on a team of 30+ men, average age was 45. It was hell on Earth. I did report it, but what's the point? The psychological abuse is not fucking worth it. I pray for that girl because what he is doing is mobbing, and it's abuse. It's evil. It's intentional. He and the others will do everything they can to push her out, covertly, of course. I'd rather find a new job. Life is too short to hate where you work 40+ hours a week because porn sick, limp dicks can't use their brain in the workplace.

Eta: Just to give an example, I always felt like I had to go to group lunch with them to get promoted. You know the deal. One of them was bragging about using the dark web to find pedo content. The 65 y.o. who was my "trainer" would constantly try to touch me and would fly off in a rage if I would correct his inaccurate information. His senile ass couldn't remember information that was said earlier in the day. He ended up sending disgusting emails about me to another male on the team. I forwarded those emails to all of the managers. He looked like a damn fool getting owned by someone young enough to be his granddaughter. He was angry thay I wouldn't accept his sexual advances. What a sick bastard.

Yes, you ARE the asshole because you don't have the insight to understand that those comments diminished her as a human. That she had to accept your comments on her appearance because you're being "nice." Then she gets called a buzzkill and uninvited to future events because she was uncomfortable, which in turn minimized her further. Women don't have to happily smile and graciously accept opinions from men on their looks, especially when they're given in the workplace.

i (23F) work at a pretty well known tech company and had to call HR TWICE on 2 different people... and guess what? they were both men, neither were fired

first one made a joke about being my sugar daddy (he’s my fucking age) and then when he mentioned he was long distance with his gf, i stupidly tried to sympathize by saying, “yeah i dont have a bf either, so i know what thats like” (as if to say i understand your loneliness) and he goes “arent you worried about your eggs?” like my OVARIAN eggs!!!

the other guy insta dm’d me, snapped me, work chat, etc. about going to the work gym together and how he would “help me work out” and mentioning that “no one else is at the gym” and snap me shirtless photos saying “just went for a run, super moist” before finally asking for nudes and breast photos
