Look, I'm not a beautiful woman. I've gotten the pretty label at best. I have a big nose (that somehow suits my face??) and my features are angular and dark. No one hits on me, like ever (I also don't go out much lol). HOWEVER I will never crumble if someone doesn't like my look. I know that I have a plethora of redeeming qualities. I'm smart, kind, know how to dress well, creative...when I hear men talk like this, I immediately suspect that they aren't cultivating any good characteristics within themselves, and only seek external validation by controlling women. When I first started to browse reddit years ago, I never understood this whine fest about men feeling unattractive. Like dude...you do not need a woman's permission to feel validated, you gotta do that shit yourself. It's crazy to watch all these insecure men crumble at the slightest whiff that someone doesn't like them; I've been called awful names for either existing or not giving men my number, yet I've developed the skills to not take it personally. Men honestly need these experiences to develop character🤷‍♀️ this is a really great example of how men are coddled so much that they don't develop certain aspects of self esteem.
