Alright, full disclosure, I'm not looking for specific advice and kind of just want to get this off my chest to someone/anyone. I also know I need to just focus inward and let this pass. I just want to vent and maybe hear from others that are further along in the process.

Long story short, my very newly ex wife called late last night for a ride home from the bar. She was with her cousin that I get along really well with, and they were somewhat stranded(even with Uber, the closest ride was 30 minutes away). It was snowing and cold, and i just felt like it was a nice gesture and I wasn't tired so I agreed.

I picked them up and as we were driving I saw her texting an unsaved number, I knew what it was, but I tried to not let it get to me. This morning she told me she had old friends texting her screen shots of me on the "are we dating the same guy" page on Facebook because they didnt know we were divorced. I told her not to judge too hard, because i saw her texting another guy last night. This is very fresh for both of us, but were both ready to move on long before the divorce.

I know we both have autonomy to do as we please and I'm not coming here to say she did anything wrong, BUT it still hurts me to think about her with another man. She's entitled to find someone new just like i am, but it doesn't make it hurt less. I let it basically ruin my day today, I cant shake the jealous feeling. Im trying my best to get over it, and have gotten better as the day went on, I'm hoping writing this out and getting it out will alleviate things even more.

Id love to hear from someone who has been through these feelings and how to handle them, and how to move on.

I dont love her anymore, I just cant seem to fully shake the jealous feeling completely. I'm fully aware giving her a ride or helping like this is a boundary I shouldn't have crossed. I do not plan on continuing to do those things.
