When I was in college some weirdo came up to me in the store and said “hey baby you want somebody to buy them groceries for you?” I told him no and walked away. He followed me, I turned and told him that I wasn’t interested and to leave me alone. He waited a few minutes and then found me AGAIN, at which point I told him that I had already told him to leave me alone, and I could and would break his scrawny ass if he forced my hand. He did the whole “damn bitch I was just trying to be nice” routine, with multiple other shoppers watching.

When I went to check out, he walked by me all huffy and said he called the police on me. I walked out to my car, and he was standing at the drivers side of a police cruiser talking to the officer and gesturing at me. I laughed my ass off and waved to the cop, and the scrote’s face turned the most interesting shade of red…. Good times. Fucking scrotes and their audacity 😩

A guy followed me around the subway and I started screaming at him like a psycho til he left. It sucks because not a single person in the subway even looked my way to check if I’m okay. Not even the women near me. I was shouting at him to stop following me. I hate the world sometimes but I found that acting like a psycho screaming at them is effective

Scrotes have ruined so many moments to me. One time when I went outside to watch the "super moon" alone some dude ran across the street and said he had to talk to me because I looked so neat.
He already looked like a psycho and everything he said and did was straight alarming.
I kept telling him I have a boyfriend and that I want to walk alone. I had to be careful not to hurt his ego to much because he definitely gave me the "hurt my ego and I will hurt you" vibes.
He continued to tell me that being in a relationship doesn't mean anything. That I shouldn't view cheating as so "negative", that I can do whatever I want until he put a ring on my finger etc. The entire time he pierced me with his lunatic eyes. Like a wild animal about to snap.
He then asked me odd questions as if I liked his beard etc and told me about a woman who he totally didn't stalk and what a coincidence it was that her boyfriend suddenly picked her up and started to threaten him. (poor girl had to text her bf to save her).
He then continued to tell me that if I ever felt stalked by him it would be a coincidence and totally just my imagination.
I texted my mom to please pick me up.
Thankfully I am a person who easily connects with people so I started a very deep, focused conversation with a woman about the super moon. (our dogs greeted each other)
He waited nearby but after several minutes he gave up. I ran around the corner and jumped in my moms car.

I should have called the police but he was next to me all the time and as I said, he looked like he was about to snap if I provoked him in any way.

Believe it or not, this isn't always the goal. Some guys just like having the ability to irritate a woman they can't have. They want a presence in your life, even if it's negative, and they want to live rent free in your head. Gavin DeBecker kinda goes into this in his book The Gift of Fear when he talks about celebrity stalkers. This is the same on a (hopefully) smaller scale.

In this case, he saw that you were annoyed by him and it made him feel powerful. Next time, go straight to a staff member and ask for the manager right in front of him. He will likely disappear quickly. (Also ask for an escort to your car)

When I was 18 I once did this thing where I embarrassed an LVM in public for even talking to me. I literally created a scene and yelled, “Mom, that grown man just asked me out!” to my mom. My mom along with some other soccer moms gave the gross scrote the dirtiest look possible. He got so embarrassed because people thought he was a pedophile, so he left without saying anything.

It’s not that they think so much, dial that down a few notches, and don’t give them that much credit.

It’s that the ones who DO respond to such bullshit are the ones that they can manipulate in that same style forever. If a woman responds to talk like that, she’ll always let him cheat on her, talk down to her, and she’ll always be begging for what shit crumbs he gives her.

Not that he’s thinking about it that way, either. He still ain’t conniving, he’s garbage. But he’s developed a way of vetting that works.

Let them know right off the bat that you’re not the one. Don’t offer explanations, don’t even treat him like a human being. Channel the energy of another mediocre dude with that kind of audacity and either say no, or walk away like you didn’t hear anything. Preferably to a more populated area just in case he gets aggressive.
