The reality is that the vast majority of men care about body count a lot, just like the vast majority of men care about a woman's physical appearance a lot. Anyone who believes otherwise is straight up living in fantasy land. If men didn't care, women wouldn't lie about it.

And you don't even need to ask the number, you can easily tell if a woman has been promiscuous if you are at least somewhat socially competent. Sure you can't guess the specific number, but you can definitely tell a girl with a low body count and one with a high one, with 95% accuracy most of the time.

I first find out if the girl has had a lot of relationships, how many long term relationships, how many people they have met on the dating site, etc. Ask about their career, what they like to do, etc. I think about their age too and type of person they are. I try to judge before we go out how many people they have probably slept with. If they have a short or fairly innocuous sounding dating history, I will usually ask if they are a virgin on that first date. If they had a long dating history and it sounds possibly very involved, I will ask on the second date or third date whenever we are alone basically.

I would say that either you have very openminded friends or they are just virtue signaling to you. There are so many ways to ask, but the most common is after you grow trust and bond with the woman is when you can ask that question withouth risk and you do not just ask it like that, of course this causes heartbreak if you dont like the answer but there is no other way to ask such personal question withouth starting a conflict, which would be okay if you knew how to handle it but not every guy knows how to do it.

For this method to work you need to assume that the woman you re with has no ill, self serving intentions or is hiding stuff from you, and your only interest is to get to know her better.

One way you can do it is that you pretend to be innocent and making questions in good faith, which to be fair you are as you arent trying to take advantage of a promiscuous woman or gain nothing by knowing about her past, you simply can make an informed choice and date someone you re comfortable with, so when you start asking questions, the more the woman lies or tries to present herself as something she isnt, the harder it will be for her to keep the façade, lets analyze the possible routes:

In my experience, the foolproof way to do it is to frame it as an stds concern, you basically say that you take stds very seriously so thats why the sexual pasts of your partners matter to you, but that only works if you dont have an history of sleeping around yourself, with that said, by framing it like that there is no way to argue against that logic to the point that the only way for a woman who has an issue with it to argue against that logic is by ruining her reputation, which she wont do for obvious reasons, so if she shares the same values as you, she wont have any issue answering that question and if she doesnt she wont have no choice but to be honest or lie.

The best thing about this method is that this method isnt really to find about a woman's past, it is about getting to know her better, because with this method you can know intimate details about a person and also create enjoyable conversations, lets say for example a woman is a virgin or low n with only respectable boyfriends on her story, she will have no issue answering those questions and getting closer to you, or lets say a woman was a victim of sex trafficking, like this you can get to know if she was and get even closer with her and empathetic with her. Verification method 1:
