How would generic engineering and advanced cosmetic surgery change the dating scene?

In the future, let’s say people could change their hair type/color, eye color, facial structure, height, race, etc. How would that impact the dating scene? If a man could go from looking like a complete slob to a model with a couple of changes. Even if a certain group decides to edit themselves to be better, everyone else can do the same thing. Essentially in this scenario, the genetics you were born with would be irrelevant, you could change your race to anything you wanted, and could change your features to that of the top 1%. People who are short could edit themselves to be 6’5, people who are ugly could give themselves perfect facial harmony, people who have brown eyes could get blue ones, etc.

Would “personality” be the main thing? What would women use to judge potential mates, etc?
