To someone who has pretty thoroughly consumed and digested the available red pill content that exists, it is easy to tell that the red pill is not a topic that should engender emotion. It is completely pointless to be angry that women prefer tall men. It’s pointless to be angry that men prefer women in their reproductive prime. Way better to see it, call it what it is. The human brain will make the best decisions you can based on the information available. And this is valuable information in someone’s decision-making process.

I think the anger over the red pill has a couple of reasons. There is a lot of rage bait on the Internet that dances around calling itself the red pill that makes people full of rage. Rage gets engagement. They say wild things to get clicks and then people say the red pill is wild. Rich Cooper from entrepreneurs in cars admitted on his show that one of his most inflammatory titles was baseless rage bait to help with the algorithm. The irony is that he refers to the manosphere as the man-o-swamp as if he wasn’t doing the same shit he condemns. This isn’t redpill. It’s redpill adjacent rage bait.

There’s another reason I think. There is a misconception that sex and gender is a social construct. The definition of biological sex is extremely easy to define and is universal in every species of plants, animals, insects, anything that has gender. It’s always the same definition. The male is always the gender that produces smaller cheaper more prevalent gametes(like sperm) and the female is the gender that produces larger more expensive gametes (like eggs or ovum). It is very easy to begin at that point and to unravel extremely large portions of our own psychology and our behavior based on those two facts. It seems that there were a group a very angry women who publicized this idea of social influences creating behaviors and the blanks slate ideas about men’s and women’s brains being identical, that humans with penises were taught by their families to trucks and the color Blue, and humans with vaginas were taught by their families to like pink and dresses. It is such a common idea but it is laughably insane. Telling boys and girls that their genetically ingrained innate desires, motivations, methods for approaching problems, and the resulting self-selection for careers is a product of some evil patriarchy and that those feelings and thoughts are bad, outdated, don’t service any longer simply turns both men and women into miserable people. We’re going to shame a dolphin for liking fish and that’s a social construct. It’s a fucking dolphin, and they have no idea why they like fish. We already curb our worst desires through laws against murder and rape, no need to tell men and women their good desires are actually bad. But the people who think this needs to be true are angry at having their opinions challenged because they were told it means men will beat and rape women and oppress them if these traditional ideas about masculine and feminine were to be allowed.
