While it is a numbers game, one is too many if you learn nothing from it. A hundred is ok if you learned from all. The key is to treat it with the scientific process. Do you have a sufficient sample size, what is your question and theory, what feedback did you get?

Like how does the interaction go in the first 5 minutes. What are you talking about and if its closed yes/no questions you wont get anywhere. Begging for her number is going to just make you look weak as well. If your going to answer with hows the weather type shit you're not going to get anywhere. Also how do you dress like is your stuff clean, how is your hygene? Like what else is going on with your interactions.

Like What else is going on becuase i also have a hard time believing that you are doing nothing but striking out.

IMHO, day game/street game just doesn’t sound like it’s working for you. No biggie… it’s just probably time to try a different venue (like bars) where women are actually expecting to be approached.

However, regardless of venue, you should recognize that the vibe you’re giving off is probably less playful and more intense/outcome dependent (which can be pretty scary for women since there’s no way for them to know your intentions and if you’re a potential stalker/rapist/etc.) Thus, the safest option for them is to just turn you down right away. However, if you’re a fun guy who walks up with a smile on his face, opens with a joke, and is just enjoying his best life, odds are so much lower that you’re a threat. (Plus, you seem like someone they might actually want to hang out with even if things don’t pan out romantically.)

The best way I’ve found to increase your odds is to get into a more playful mood, which you can do by getting warmed up first. The simplest way to do that is to go up to random people—both guys and girls—on the street and compliment them on their outfits (but only if it’s a genuine compliment). “Yo, I love your shirt.” “Your shoes are sick.” “You all look gorgeous tonight.”

Now, the key here is to walk away immediately. That way, you’re simultaneously conditioning your mind to be outcome independent and conditioning yourself to give off a positive, uplifting vibe to everyone around you. Note: You’re not complimenting any of these people to talk to THEM. You’re complimenting them to orient your OWN mind.

As you keep doing this, you’ll get a lot of surprised but strongly positive reactions where you’ll hear “thanks so much, man” from over your shoulder as you walk away. And you can walk away knowing that you just made someone’s night. You’ll also get some people who don’t hear you. And some people who do hear you but are confused. Don’t worry about them… just keep going.

Eventually, once you’ve given a lot of compliments that day (~5-20-ish if you want a number), you’ll have it baked into your vibe that you’re a positive force in the world who makes people feel better about themselves. Which means you’ll feel better about yourself. And you’ll be looking forward to talking to the next person. And boom… you’re in an upward mood spiral.

NOW, you can start talking to people with the intention of asking them out. But make sure to maintain the positivity and outcome independence. And make sure to maintain that vibe by continuing to give out outfit compliments for the rest of the night. (Though, now, you don’t have to walk away immediately after compliments. You can stick around and chat if you’re so inclined.)

I’ve moved almost exclusively to dating apps but recently I picked up a girl while hanging around downtown. I was trying to find my way to the train station and I was absolutely lost and in a huge rush. I was speaking to some other girls (that I was not remotely attracted to) asking for information, and the girl I picked up was eavesdropping on the conversation. In other words, she was pulled into my world. She laughed when she came closer and I smiled back.

Turned out we were heading to the same place. That led to a conversation for a bit, she was probing and asking questions. At the back of my mind, my focus was on making that train, not picking up a girl. I ended up running and leaving her behind because her train was in another 20 minutes or so. Didn’t get her number, didn’t ask, didn’t care.

Ended up missing the train but I saw her again at the station. She was on a call, which she dropped to speak to me. We had some laughs, found out more about ourselves and talked about good food restaurants and I used that as my method of getting her number (instead of providing a few recommendations, why not just give me your number and you can text them to me) and presto! It worked.

Although she was attractive, I wasn’t really attracted to her and I haven’t hit her up since, but that’s not the point anyway. Take what you will out of this.

NYC can be a tough place to talk to anyone on the street. Even as a man, think of how many people on the street stop to ask for the time, directions, or money. The women I know in the city tell me lots of stories of men trying to get their attention to flirt with them on the street, so it makes sense that it’s harder to talk to them compared to other parts of the US, especially given the horror stories of muggings and worse. It’s usually easier in bars and clubs where people are going out to have a good time and meet people.

Also remember that people in the city have the reputation of being extremely direct. It’s nice when they’ll practically tell you to take them out and hook up with them, but not as fun when they give a negative response.

Usually I wouldn’t suggest online dating but it seems to be quite a bit better for guys in NYC compared to other places (then again there are a lot more women than men in the city), so consider that as a supplement to in person game. Finally, it sounds like you’re still a young guy. You’re in a city with hundreds of thousands of the most beautiful women your age. It can be tough to be younger as there are model-looking 30 year old millionaires potentially competing with you, but you also have time to improve your game and yourself as well. If the rejections are starting to pile up too much, you can take a little time to focus on yourself and your own needs and goals. Remember to enjoy the journey, it’s not all about the destination

None is too much. Every approach is a win. You need to work on changing your frame to seeing this as a positive. Make very slow progress over time.

If you’re getting insulted and called a creep now; try to find out where you’re fucking up and maybe get called a creep a little less next month. Keep making incremental improvements and realize that this is about you recreating yourself. It’s going to take a shitload of work. This process is a fucking bitch for all of us, but if you’re out doing it every day it gets much easier. You have to keep failing, to be able learn what the right and wrong steps to take are.

Also you gotta find some wings to go out with, who will help you see what you’re doing wrong. You’re in NYC which is great. There will be a massive pickup community there. Go online and find it and find some wings to meet with.

You don't want a BS answer but it's not something that can be answered like that. I could fire off 10000 dms to Instagram models and get 0 results.

If you're making quality approaches, you're actually attempting to close and you have good logistics then I would say 20 rejections in a row is a problem. But again your standards might be too high. But your standards for how low you're willing to stoop might also be too high.

Are you willing to identify a woman's vulnerabilities and use them against her to make her crave your approval? It's fine not to do that but you're gonna need more approaches. Are you willing to take a woman home who is pretty drunk? You definitely shouldn't do that but it's gonna mean you need more approaches. Are you willing to provide a party girl with drugs with the understanding that if she doesn't want to go through withdrawal she needs to put out? If not your gonna need more approaches.

Are your logistics solid? Do you live walking distance or a short uber from night game hotspots?

There is a lot that goes into this. And if you're not willing to put in a lot of time and effort, make some questionable moral decisions and experience heartbreak from both sides then you're gonna need a lot alot of approaches.

I know a security guard at a local store who approaches every woman hotter than a 5 and is not willing to spend any time or money but just invites them to "chill" he probably gets rejected several hundred or more times to each lay. But he's doing 50 plus approaches a day. I get maybe 3 or 4 rejections for every date but I calibrate super hard, and know they're not gonna be down before I ever put myself out there. So on that basis I also get several hundred rejections for every lay, but they're really me ejecting when I know it's not worth the effort.

If it's worth it to you you'll do it. If it's not you wont.

This is why judging other people is a double-edged sword. You feel superior to them, but it traps you from doing anything because you never want to be them. What happens is the person just stays on their self-forged tower of superiority holding on to their ego.

This is why cold approach is superior. It makes you check your ego. No one is above rejection. It breaks down your preconceived notion of who you are and forced to accept facts for what they are. It forces you to think logically otherwise you'll just keep approaching for the slightest bit of approval and then never approach again in fear of being hurt again.

I find that when I meet a new fuck buddy for the first time (after having asked a lot of the people I had fucked) they seem to really respond to my body language and posture when I was around them. I look directly at a person when I speak with them, I do not fiddle with my hands or look away from them (I don't stare, I just make sure to make eye contact) I have a deeper voice which almost everyone seems to love. I figured out when I was a lot younger to actually pay attention to what people around me were saying and even more importantly how they were saying it and their body language while doing so.

Actually give responses to things that they say or ask not just a "yeah I been there"

Action, observation, interaction. Say hello and smile as you look them in the eye. Observe how they react to this gesture. Go from there.

Also another thing. You DON'T have to approach a woman every time you see her. Just say hello and smile and move on. More often then not we are all creatures of habit. Of you ran into a person once more then likely unless they move or you do then you will do so again. The second or third time you have seen them said hello or have a great day to them is when you then ask for a number. They have seen you around a bit, got to see you from different angles over time. They HOPEFULLY have not seen your ass in the news so by now for something stupid like speeding so you "feel" more comfortable to them.

Also do try to clean up your language if you swear a fair bit. Most people are not turned on or find swearing sexy or hot. Have a friend that doesn't that one..tried to warn them haha.

you're going about cold approach all wrong. Don't ask for her number first 5 minutes. Go up to a girl not with the purpose of getting her number, but for the purpose of finding out if the two of you have any chemistry. During the convo, if you feel a vibe, go with the flow. When you get to the point where the convo is coming to an end, ask for her snap or number, but it should be because the two of you made some kind of plan to see each other again.

The way you're going about this seems to me like you watch too many of those pua youtube videos. This method is not impossible, but it's likely you'll get a bunch of rejections, and the purpose of this method is really to desensitize you for rejection so that you can build the courage to talk to girls. It is not the most optimal way of actually getting results, because it's not an example of game at all.

Well, I view seduction as a skill you are trying to learn. Getting caught up in your head about it when you are first learning doesn't make much sense. As long as you learn from each interaction and try to identify what you are doing wrong, you will keep moving forward.

I think you are too caught up in your results right now. But, the real question is are you trying to learn a new skill in social dynamics, or just playing the numbers game? Either way, try to get out of your head and be sure you are learning from each interaction. Try to focus on the process, or the skills you are trying to learn. When I was single I had on and off months some months I had 5 successful dates in a row other months I had 5 first date fails in a row point being its all about compatibility sometimes you get lucky and meet compatible people other times unlucky and have a string of 1st dates that lead nowhere.

this is what you do. this is what I do and its like a 50/50

if you see a cool girl go up and smile and say hey whats your name.

how she responds will show level of interest. if she gives a blunt emma. then she probably is not interested. but if she says emma in a good happy tone she probably is interested. now if she says "my name is emma whats yours" she is most defiantly probably interested.

Then you as her are you from around here. This is so you know how fast you need to act on the date if you get that far

Be process oriented, treat each interaction like an experiment. For some of them, pay attention to your body language. Others, pay attention to your voice. Some other times pay attention to her body language etc. It’s not about success rate, it’s about gaining experience, and you’ll level up with enough experience built.

Rejection is irrelevant to me unless I’m in love with the person doing it. Thankfully that has never been a problem. Bruh I don't know how can you feel like this, Like literally each time I get rejected I get uplifted and can't stop smiling because I actually got myself to do it.

You need to look each rejection as an opportunity to grow and improve your game, examine how everything went and try to see what you did wrong. At the end you're not getting mentally fucked up but the total opposite.
