god dammit, dating is too fucking hard.
[–]WakeoftheStorm 106 points107 points108 points 5 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link
It's not. Avoid people who respond to bullshit games and you'll be a lot happier. I mean unless you're into that.
I'm straight forward and honest about what I want and who I like. I respond when I feel like talking and message when I think about the girl through out the day.
I'm busy, so sure there are gaps in communication, but they're not contrived and artificial.
This approach might work for some people but in my experience people who are attracted to bullshit games will also play bullshit games.
I don't have time for that
[–]mrpodo 17 points18 points19 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Eh I always fuck up dating. It's probably because I struggle with loving myself
[–]WakeoftheStorm 15 points16 points17 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Entirely possible. My most successful relationships have always followed a period where I took "time off" from dating to work on myself.
But hell I'm getting close to 40 now so it's easier to see these things in retrospect.
[–]EscapeVelocity83 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
How is the relationship a success if you arnt togather still?
[–]WakeoftheStorm 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Sometimes relationships don't work out because you're just not compatible in some ways. I'm still friends with, and regularly talk to, many of my exes
[–]sk8rboi36 9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I tell people your adolescent years and early 20s are about “dating yourself” which I think is a crucial step many people skip and then get into trouble with unexpected kids or divorces or whatever. It’s not a bad thing to spend money and time on yourself or various groups of people interested in the same things you are (as you even discover the kind of things you’re interested in in the first place).
[–]tusharhigh 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Felt that. Hits too close home
[–]Username_coc 8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
For real. As I’m reading this I realize if you follow this list you’re not being yourself and putting on a mask to try and attract someone which won’t work in the long run. Glad someone else realizes this bs
[–]WakeoftheStorm 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah, the be yourself approach seems like it’s tired and over done, but it really is the best approach.
I think what gets left out of that though is that if being yourself is unsuccessful, then improve yourself. at the very least the face you present to the woman you are trying to attract should reflect the person that you want to be, if not the person you already are.
[–]EscapeVelocity83 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well no. You cant be yourself if youre not desirable. A lot of people arnt exactly desirable. Makeup is popular
[–]TheOffice_Account 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Avoid people who respond to bullshit games
So you're saying, avoid the OP?
[–]WakeoftheStorm 17 points18 points19 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If you read this and think "that sounds like a lot of work", then yes.
If you read it and thought "hell yeah that sounds fun" then go for it. There's no one size fits all
[–]SwaglordDaGod 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
I would use this approach for a smash and dash tbh. It's usually the superficial girls who respond well to this strategy.
[–]TheOffice_Account 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Lol, yeah, I agree. In my life, I do the opposite of most of these tactics. That works well on nice, sincere, intelligent women -- the demographic that I am interested in.
However, those same behaviors of mine are a turn off for superficial women. Works for me 🤷♀️
[–]100pervcent 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
This is the appropriate takeaway. You get what your game is built for. Everybody has natural game (literally be yourself), but everything isn’t for everybody. The things the OP posted about sounds like a lot of work to me too, but that’s cuz my game isn’t built for a woman like her. She wouldn’t like me. But I also probably wouldn’t actually like her.
Being sexy and seductive is a learned skill but it’s always important to be yourself and do what comes naturally as well.
[–]TheOffice_Account 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
But I also probably wouldn’t actually like her.
Five minutes into her post history confirmed that I wouldn't like her too. So if these techniques worked well on her, then I should definitely not be using them.
Im pretty good with women I dont like. Why woud I fail with women I do like? And I dont even want women, Id love to find a woman who was better than most
[–]FIVE_DARRA_NO_HARRA 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Most of this comes down to “stop acting desperate,” so is it really?
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yes, because you still have to have very good social skills.
[–]FIVE_DARRA_NO_HARRA 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
For every guy with poor social skills, there is a girl with poor social skills. Also, not the point. “Dating is fucking hard” in response to a post that says “don’t be desperate” reads like he’s unwilling to put in the base amount of effort.

All this advice is garbage man don't worry.
Na, women just get a lot of guys trying. I dont try, I get approached a lot. Women cant seal the deal or interact with me as though they can actually relate though. They cant go beyound their little signal system and spark a convo with me. The closest I got to a honest approach and initiation was she had her friend tell me she wanted to live with me because I was good looking 🙄. Otherwise they try to make excuses to talk and act like they want to be friends for literally no reason. This is what they think relationships are made of

I'll say it. Just because few women can give you good advice on dating does not mean the majority don't give shite advice. It's just how it is and it goes both ways. Just go to any askreddit type sub where women ask men for advice, and you'll get insecure basement dwellers saying "personally, just breathe within 10 meters radius from me and it's enough".
I'm not saying that women are incapable of complex thought, before some wet blanket goes there, I'm saying people are bad at introspection.

Yeah I was like, this isn’t anything new. Also some of the things she said give me the feeling that she’s got very little self respect tbh. If you have the self awareness to reflect and learn that you’re into people that literally ignore the things you’re texting them, there might be other things to think on before telling a bunch of guys to do the same thing.

I think the issue here, and that many other people have problems giving advice, is that you're giving tips on how one person was able to catch your attention. Lightning doesn't always strike twice and just because they made you excited to meet doesn't mean they will maintain attraction upon meeting. This advice works for you at this very specific stage in your life and the person who did it may not even be aware that they're doing this.
I'm not saying it's horrible advice nor am I saying it's good. I think you're just excited to see this person and were hoping that because it worked for you that other men might find this interesting.
The tldr of this whole bit of advice you gave is decent which I will summarize as: Don't be too available and don't give your whole life story before meeting up. Focus on making the other person feel good by paying attention to them without making it a generic "I wanna fuck" message. The less you share the more invested the person can be in the idea you.
This can be used for good or evil, or just waste everybody's time. The goal men should have is to meet in person and not just be another profile on an app. Don't talk too much on apps since text can easily be misinterpretted so you're best off meeting in person and seeing if there is actual chemistry.
Not every girl is going to want this. Some may see those actions as red flags, especially avoiding questions. Some girls lose interest if they guy isn't responding to them as soon they message and will simply message someone else since they're already on an app that gives them unlimited options. Some girls have different expectations on how visibily happy they want their partner to be based on personal experiences and where they are at in life.
I'm happy you did find someone you're interested in and let us know how the actual date plays out.

This is ridiculous tip toeing around a human being for what? Does it go on forever or the two egos eventually drop the fiasco and become themselves and find out the initial persona is not what they eventually get.. I don't get it 🤷♂️

I figured. I still think it's weird just cause I would never say this. Maybe once we started dating as a playful remark. It seemed like the guy delivered that line over snapchat before they had even met. Oh well who cares

I’m sorry but this is a really hot girl who already gets lots of attention. Which is greattttt if you want that. I’m a pretty girl who is shy and a bit “weird” and different. This is good to know. A lot of these suggestions read like "Don't be genuine" to me (because this isn't how I act).
I live a modest life and I'm ok with that. I'm not going to pretend I'm too busy for someone when I'm not.
[–]ClearAsJamal 46 points47 points48 points 5 years ago (39 children) | Copy Link

[–]roarkhoward777 90 points91 points92 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
That's because this is a list on how to get OP addicted to you before meeting up. This is just one person not a whole summation of what all girls are like and what they want.
[–]TerminatorReborn 15 points16 points17 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
More like this is a summary of what happened to turn a girl that is already very interested in you into obssesed.
Don't believe me? Try ignoring a girl thats mildly interested and return back to me 1 week later, or 1 month later, even 1 year later... It doesn't matter, she is gonna drop you buddy. There is not magic trick to win people over.
It doesn't mean everything in this post is useless, but to keep it in short: If you are needy and clingy but pretend that you don't care that mask is gonna drop real soon and you might lose a girl that liked you otherwise.
If you have plenty of options of girls and you lose one because you didn't give a specific one her enough attention, it won't matter to you. That's what happened to this girl and what happens in general when people say not to give much attention. The guy most likely wasn't playing a game at all, he really was busy and wasn't invested into giving too much of his time.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh. Ok. In other words, this isn't useful for anyone who never meets OP
[–]Designer-Influence11 62 points63 points64 points 5 years ago* (6 children) | Copy Link
They’re bad if you overdo them. These traits occur in men who aren’t overly invested in getting women because their lives are full, interesting, and not too emotional (usually men who are complete open books are quite emotional) which is why women find them attractive. Not revealing too much about yourself early on is also a sign of developed social skills - people who trust others too quickly are usually naive in relationships. The trick is to reveal things about yourself slowly, over time to keep her interested and wondering about you, not to make yourself a complete enigma. Overdoing it makes you look like an asshole. A guy who’s genuinely busy and has his emotions in check will still show effort yet not too much effort
[–]narcissistic889 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
If a guy likes a chick they are going to try, these traits have nothing to do with being emotionally mature it has to do with a guy who has an avoidant personality type and the chick picks guys who aren't open emotionally. It's dysfunctional
[–]Designer-Influence11 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
That’s literally what I said, overdoing it makes you look avoidant. There’s a balance
[–]narcissistic889 -1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Well from what i read from the original post she said that the guy ignored her questions and didnt reveal much about himself, he\ would just stop texting. This is avoidant, avoidant doesn't mean you are over doing anything. If you are overdoing it you are clingy, avoidant is the opposite it means there is a lack of opening up. The middle of that is secure
[–]Designer-Influence11 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah what it comes down to is women’s attraction remains as long as they feel like they’re the ones chasing. Ramping up the feeling of the chase is why women get obsessed with these avoidant types. Figuring out how to use that to your advantage without literally being an avoidant type is beneficial for all men. You could be secure and stuff but she’d never be obsessed with you like she was with that one dude she had to work for
[–]narcissistic889 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
I see where you're coming from, I just don't think i'd want a woman like that in the first place. I'm more into relationships so i believe in having an equal power dynamic, if one persons power is off by a lot in the exchange or dating then that can continue and go to a bad place. But that is fine if u are dating and the woman has low self esteem so she thinks she needs that. Like i understand the concept i just dont agree with the ethics behind it, but it may work for a lot of guys trying to have flings and hook up or just even find someone to have sex with. I know many guys just have a problem finding anyone who they find attractive interested in them and that's where a lot of these tactics come from is that desperation.
my ideal when i meet someone is equal interest so we pursue each other

[–]Pires007 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Why does 5 seem weird. You should have other things to focus j besides dating.
[–]D_Caedus 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yup, they work, woman like guys who make themselves "interesting" and who have other stuff to do other than talking to them.
Even if that is not always true, that's how they perceive it.
[–]tusharhigh 22 points23 points24 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Highly suspicious. A smart girl will see this as negative trait. I agree, nobody can be available 24*7 cause of personal life, but 3 is big no. Don't take those two points literally.
[–][deleted] 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
[–]tusharhigh 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
No my man. That's not how it works. No one likes evasive people. The root of relationship is honesty and trust. But again there will be girls who might like this. So can't generalize.
[–]100pervcent 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Not sure why you’re downvoted but I agree with you. This is one of those game tactics that borders on being manipulative and definitely seeks to take advantage of people’s insecurities/complexes (or creating them). If you don’t want to answer a question, don’t answer it. If you forget to respond to something, that’s fine too. But when you start putting on a face and purposely ignoring people to make them “go wild”, it’s weird.
[–]tusharhigh 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Correct. Don't know why some people here are so adamant on becoming the evasive type. Might be delusional.
[–]100pervcent 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I think there is a not insignificant part of this subreddit that things being seductive is equivalent to imitating every bad boy trope we see in media. Some girls want that, but that’s not what seduction is about.
For instance, rather than telling someone not to respond to texts or leave conversations at a high point or don’t make yourself so available, I prefer advice like: get a hobby, expand your friend circle and develop a social life. You know things that would actually make you busy or unable to reply to a text while making you more attractive and personally fulfilled. I have never gotten more attention than when I was just personally happy and satisfied with myself and that had nothing to do with ignoring texts.
[–]sociallyadapted 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
True. You can only do that when the rest of your character is a 10/10 so you're worth it I put up with this bs... A smart girl knows her worth.

[–]J33P88 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]that_one_over_there9 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]TallDarkandBot 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Everything in moderation, friend. It’s good to mix those steps in but it is not to be used as a rule for every encounter/question. You should want someone to get to know the real you, so you should open up when she asks you great questions. On the other hand, if she asks me how many women I’ve slept with, she’s going to get a story about how the pope asked the same question and it didn’t lead to anything.
In regards to being available, it comes down to structure. You want to fill your day with things that keep you busy and grow, while keeping you off your phone and social media (anything that doesn’t provide value), so you wouldn’t be responding so quickly but it’s more organic when you do talk to her. But don’t ignore her just for the sake of it. I don’t have the science on this but I’m sure if you just pretend you’re busy and blow her off because you’re trying to follow some tip on the internet, that vibe will manifest itself in other areas of the relationship, not in a good way.
To recap, keep a healthy balance of it all but don’t let the rules define you.
[–]infinity_beyond123 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I don’t think that’s true of human nature as much as it might be true of an attachment type. I’ve straight up unfollowed or deleted contacts cuz those people were too hard to reach and seemed to only respond when they felt like it. It’s easier for me to forgive the people who aren’t so far gone but I definitely lose interest.

3 and 5 is a big YES. Especially 3, you need to add a layer of mystery, if she knows everything about you too soon, she might lose interest. For example if she asks a question about you... tell her to guess the answer. Or if you’re chatting and haven’t met up and she asks something, don’t tell her the answer until you meet face to face.
[–]ClearAsJamal 5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Getting mixed responses on this one, a lot of people disagree
[–]SmokingBeneathStars 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Why? Isn't your imagination strong enough to create mystery yourself? What happens when down the line the relationship naturally gets a bit stale and the feeling of mystery is gone, what then?
I get a lot of girls like it but it doesn't seem healthy to me, and most girls get annoyed at some point when you evade questions in a very long time span. Sounds more like a case of you think you want it but you don't.

While this is true.. you're 100% wrong .. and women love men who do exactly this.

Man all the 18 year olds are eating this up. No they don't want a challenge women want to find a guy thats good hearted and has his stuff together that is also physically attractive. Through your early 20s and late 20s you go through a lot of bs with the oppsoite sex where people play games. Once you hit a certain point in dating experience people want healthy transparent relationships. This is not what women want, this is what women with low self esteem want

2 I struggle a lot. I can see I have made lot of mistakes. I have been a open book and also showed immense emotions. The compliment part also got me wrong. I haven't been playful more like a friend who you know not a guy you would date I guess no doubt I got friendzoned.
The 2 was worse. I used to ask her questions and she at some point felt awkward I guess and said, "hey don't interview me now.. " I felt hurt because that clearly showed I did in a wrong way. Still haven't learnt how to ask it in way that is charming and makes the person in front of you want to answer it!! Any suggestions girls and guys of reddit!

Actually I have seen that my questions are close ended that's why it gives interview style feeling even if open ended I am not able to bring that energy and fun in the person to actually talk about it. What makes is the convo goes dry and ends or I have to revert back with questions so continue the convo which just doesn't fit. I know it's a whole sea of communication problems for me, unfortunately.
Yeah nowadays I don't really compliment with complimenting in my mind. I just say my opinions I have tried to train my mind like that to just tell my opinion like , "ohh this hair bands colour on you is really suiting" I don't know how effective this is.. But better than before since I have always been relapsing to my nice guy personality because I am normalized to being a nice guy.

[–]busyvish 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No "you look hot, you are sexy af". First one comes off as a compliment and validation. She put in that effort for those compliments. 2nd examples makes you look a creep and thirsty. Sorry for the formatting i am on cell phone.

Just keep the conversation chill, every day topics and such. The guy I used as an example teased me on how many reps I did in the gym and so on.
This one is gold. You could talk about basically anything but if the vibe is fun and playful it works.

Yeah, these techniques work well on women who are immature and have intimacy issues. Specifically, if you think in terms of attachment styles, most of these techniques (esp 1, 3, and 5) are about how to appear more avoidant...because avoidant people (usually men) are magnets for anxiously attached people (usually women).
This will seduce and bring the woman to you, but it ain't gonna last. I can bet OP has anxiety issues, and she prefers guys who are avoidant, ie cold and unavailable most of the time.
I agree with u/struthanger and u/wakeofthestorm; some of these techniques are messed up. If you want to date messed up people, these techniques will work well. If you want to date secure and mature people, a combination of confidence and warmth will get you better results.

A guy wrote this posing as a women
[–]e5roberts1 -2 points-1 points0 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Well, from the tone I think it’s a guy...It’s seems like this person has good intention tho.
I think the person is smart because he knows that a women’s influence in this thread would get more attention than a guy posting. The post is structured too. Very to the point. Most Women I know tend to be passive and talk in circles and ramble. Even if they tend to be more masculine. I feel this guy is strictly trying to help us, no malice...it’s just my opinion. Thanks for the post.

Faking things seems like a double edged sword. Sure you might get her 'addicted' for a while, but what happens when you true personality leaks out?
OP don't you find yourself disappointed at some point after meeting the guy?

[–]Blackmetalpenguin90 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
So your advice is the same as PUAs have been doing: act like you are higher value than her, because it's not your real compatibility that counts, only the attraction you build by lerning behaviours that make it seem like you are some irrealistically confident and cool man. Never be vulnerable and don't build real connection, just act out your part as "Mr. Cool".
Well, thanks for your advice, but I'm not taking it.
[–]BluePsychosisDude2 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
"compatibility" isn't really all that important when it comes to attraction. Women simply do respond to certain behavioral cues, regardless of whether you both like sunsets or LOTR or something. A compatible girl, in my opinion, should be one who is open to conversation with you and not crazy, I don't think there's much more than that.
[–]SmokingBeneathStars -4 points-3 points-2 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Then what are you doing on r/seduction? This sub is all about sleeping with as many women as possible, not seducing the one or long term relationships.

r/seduction
"Help with dating, with a focus on how to get something started up, whether the goal is casual sex or a relationship."
[–]SmokingBeneathStars -2 points-1 points0 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Yeah that's the description but the content on here is much different. You'll often find people massively bashing someone for having "oneitis" when they write a post or comment focusing on a single person.
[–]Blackmetalpenguin90 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Ah ok, I thought you were showing me out so I just wanted to show that my comment was not unwarranted.
[–]maplemario 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oneitis is when you get attached to a girl when it isn’t working out. Generally it’s to be avoided so you can date around and check out your options before going into a relationship with an awesome girl for a while. Getting into a relationship is not oneitis.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Dear God ignore this advice. So very emotionally immature and unhealthy.
Falling in love online without meeting is reckless. No matter how much you believe you can learn about someone, it's a facade. Online we have time to think about well crafted answers. Because we aren't getting the full picture, we start to fill in the gaps with our own expectations and next thing you know, you've fallen for someone who doesn't exist.
Unfortunately because love is a strong emotion, you'll be willing to overlook that fact by the time you find out.
If I'm interested in someone, I generally need to meet within a week. Sometimes that can even be too long. If you want a real sustainable relationship based on who you are, don't heed this advice. No offense, OP.
[–]Kenic_In_MD 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Very polarizing replies in this post. I'll say this, like it or not OP is right in her tips. It's what I do and it DOES indeed work. I agree it's frustrating and dumb, but that's how we guys think (logical) girls think (emotionally) and if you read these tips it's all based on emotion. Which makes sense, this stuff works fellas. The compliments thing is also very important. Think of the "why" you are complimenting her. She KNOWS she is hot/sexy/cute whatever. She wants to hear what MAKES her that. Her dress? Her smile? Her legs? Be specific but don't hang on it as that can come off as thirsty.

Definitely because the majority of what was stated is very true. I’ve just found that men will run with this and use these “rules” as an excuse to be absolutely horrible to women. They pretend to be playing the game meanwhile they’re just emotionally unavailable the whole time.

I’m with you on the conversational techniques (having read never split the difference, spy the lie and get the truth) but I personally am so against pushing someone’s personal boundaries to get what you want. At that point it becomes manipulation. If a girl says no to sex on the first date, and you can maneuver her into consenting, that doesn’t mean she wants to have sex with you. I think it means you used her and did so in a way that confused her about what she wants, which is a shitty thing to do especially if you plan on “moving on to the next one”. I know there’s a lot of emphasis placed on consent and preventing sexual assault and harassment, and there’s quite frequently a lot of hearsay or speculation, but she told you how she felt when she was in her own state of mind free of external influence. No it doesn’t make you a monster and hooking up is a common thing I’m sure no one will die over as long as everyone is safe but personally it still doesn’t sit right with me. It feels like infringement of some kind and not honoring their worth as a person.
TLDR: this post (admittedly in my own opinion) was solid until you started boasting about all the first date sex you’ve maneuvered people into after being told no. I don’t think you’re a terrible person by any means but I feel the need to speak up because it seems like a dangerous thing to be perpetuating.
[–]Ashtarr 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
This is very very solid advice. I tend to do a lot of this and often I get told ' wow I've never had such a nice date / I've never felt such a connection before '. I find it hard to escalate that much physically on the first date but maybe that comes with experience. Usually we'd have slept together by the 2nd/3rd date.
Just a few questions though: how do you deal with women who only answer vaguely? Where do you meet women?
And how do you transition from these first interactions? I mean how do you usually act with them if you start seeing each others a bit more often?
[–]Ashtarr 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
This is amazing stuff. Thank you.
If you have any more advice, I'm all ear. But honestly this deserve threads/guides of their own.

Alright, so there’s one guy who did all of the things you just wrote to me. It seems really work for me I have to say, until suddenly it comes to the ghosting part. Never mention about meeting anymore. My guess is that he’s busy doing it with other girls on dating apps cause it works

[–]Mayin_ 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Its a game just play it. Just don't reply for fun.
I don't like it ethier but to keep her interested you kind of have to be a jerk.
[–]sk8rboi36 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I think that’s a personal preference thing. In my mind if she’s trying to play a game she’s a waste of time as far as what I’m looking for and being a bit immature. Some people have fun playing along and that’s fine but I think it’s pointless. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
[–]deepak8717 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Haha, this stupidity really blow my mind. Do you think you can play this for how long ? And if no what happens when you stop playing. I think being natural is the best thing. If someone is interested in jerks. I would let her go to jerks rather than becoming a jerk.
[–]Mayin_ 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I know girls that'd rather have dick pics than dudes that show off.
Well written and well received information. Next we need a post on how to transition from text to calls. That’s where the real seduction takes place. If you have solid phone game (good use of tone, create a atmosphere of dominance, curiosity and playfulness) the ladies will be so hot and bothered by the time you meet, she’ll practically roll out the red carpet to the bedroom.
Most of this stuff is pretty basic and shows up here all the time. Not all of this works for all women either, it depends entirely on the woman and what you're trying to get out of the interaction.
Text game is also BS anyways for the most part. If you're meeting online you should talk briefly over text and schedule a date ASAP, like the mod in this thread says. Use texting for figuring out logistics. You can come across one way over text and be completely different in person, better to sus out if you guys connect in person than waste time talking over text.

Uhh😩 women are complicated, I give up on dating. Too much admin.
[–]thisisallanqallan 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
What type of questions are good to ask on a first meet up/text ?
I think the key assumption you make that doesn’t hold weight is this is only what will work for you or girls like you - and only if the dude is interested in creating an alluring persona (again, for people like you). You’d think, as a girl, you know what girls as a whole would be attracted to but unless you date them yourself (which I honestly don’t know) I don’t think you understand just how different each and every one are. Dating girls is absolutely not a one size fit all endeavor and dating itself isn’t just about first dates or hookups or long term relationships, everyone looks for something different or even maybe a combination of things.

I mean that’s cool you like that but to me it Sounds like F boy tactics ngl. I fell in love with a guy that gave me attention; and I didn’t need any mind games to like him. The friend zone is for people that aren’t interested in that person. Personally if a guy engages in a conversation with me then starts ignoring me for hours out of no where it makes me think they aren’t interested and i back off.
