Women fuck up, not down. A female celebrity is going to date and fuck higher status male celebrities, not a random fan who pedestalizes her. Women fuck men they look up to, not men who adore them.

When a famous woman does lower herself to fuck the hot pool boy or some other boy toy, the guy is never some random dumpy loser who idolizes her. When I think of the people trying to get backstage at a big pop star's performance, I don't picture fans that a hetero woman would want to fuck. Mostly teen girls and their gay friends.

I imagine it's a combo of lack of opportunity, higher media scrutiny, increased discretion, increased risk to reputation, and the generally accepted idea that ONSs are not that pleasurable to the woman.

Women usually want a man who they feel is better than them in some way. It doesn't have to be looks, as many women will sleep with guys who are equally good looking as them, sometimes even less good looking than them, but it has to be something. Most female celebrities are already at the pinnacle of almost every measure, so it wouldn't make sense for them to sleep with someone who is below them in every single way.
