I don't see how men can really focus on younger women unless those women respond to them.

I see digital culture continuing to make everyone more and more looks and sex focused, even as they have less sex and the sex they have is worse, on average. This increasing prioritization of physical appearance impacts women more than men because (a) men were already there, so less room to move, and (b) it has synergistic interactions with female hypergamy and selectivity. Looks become a status symbol in and of themselves, and thus start to get double counted: first by the normal female attraction mechanisms, though supercharged; and second as status itself by the mechanisms that are attracted to status.

While women are not neotenous like men, men do look better younger, peaking mid-to-late 20s or early 30s. And male resources and traditional status markers will mean less and less to women who will continue to outperform men, at least insofar as we are talking about action that is not near the right tails of the distribution. However, classic hypergamy is resilient and won't disappear. Men won't be able to be hot losers and do that well. They will need to at least stay within sight of a woman's success levels, and be hot. But being 40 and well to do will not get you the hot 28 year old nearly as easily.

As it gets harder and harder for women to find men who meet their requirements, more will opt out. Over time, what TRP calls the 'Cock Carousel' will mature as women see the nature of the game. Less attractive women will understand that their chances of getting relationships with hot and successful guys are low, so they will craft a life aimed at being single. They will still sleep with hot guys now and then to get some sex, but they will be more aware that this is just for sex. So less expectation, less pump and dump disappointment.

As monogamy continues to fail, and more homes are without fathers, men will continue to underperform, for this reason and many others that will continue to go unaddressed. As men continue to do worse than women, male sexlessness in all its variations will rise. As will women's, though in not to the same extent. And women will do it more by choice and weather it better. As I said, less attractive women will just have flings with guys they can't lock down but know it, or with the occasional hot loser. But they will know the game, and just do it enough to scratch the itch.

50 years out and I think humanity will be on the edge of speciating. After a generation or two of designer babies, the humans that are not a part of the genetically enhanced class will either end up on reservations where they can live out their life, or be hooked into AR/VR machines or paired up with AI companion bots to live out their life as humanely as possible.

Meanwhile, the genetically enhanced metahuman will rapidly become the dominant species. Everyone would be 7ft, beautiful, strong, fast, extremely healthy, poison and disease resistant, with 200+ IQ and imperceptible aging. At that point we will move into a post-scarcity society, and sex will be as casual as greeting and heterosexuality and homosexuality will lose all meaning. Actual reproduction will be done in labs and incubation will take place in artificial wombs. Childrearing will be done by prospective partners that sign up, register, and are screened by the state.

Another 20-30 years after that we hit the technological singularity and humanity merges with the machines. Biological and mechanical loses all meaning, and consciousness can be transferred between bodies or beamed across the stars. Procreation is entirely mental and everyone will be both an individual as well as part of the greater metahuman hivemind. The new cyber-humanity is no longer bound by space-time so they go off-world. Through terraforming nanotechnology they leave the Earth purified and pristine as a parting gift, and the unmodified humans that chose the reservation life will be free to start over.

I think it could go two ways, a pessimistic way, and an optimistic way.

Optimistic:

After Gen Z and beyond develop serious mental health problems from OLD and Social media, medical professionals start shouting out the dangers of these apps. What starts out as a fringe movement of people rejecting these apps eventually grows momentum until they are around the same size as the Vegitarian movement is now. Ie, most people recognise that they should use the apps less, and maybe go one day a week without Social media, with a large minority choosing to avoid OLD completely or go fully offline.

The #metoo and radical feminist movement dies out as people avoid social media, and in general everyone becomes more Social and kinder to people in their immediate community. Men feel more confident to talk to women at work, or in public, and while some women feel harassed by this, because there are a lot more regular "nice guys" talking to women in public, their interactions are a lot more positive. We go back to situations like when my grandparents met, when she was sitting on her own drinking coffee and reading a book and he sat down opposite her and asked her what she was reading.

Thats my optimistic opinion.

My pessimistic opinion is the commercialisation of relationships. All relationships. Attractive people (men and women) will sell themselves as friends, or online partners, or even IRL sugar babies, to rich loners and introverts who can't otherwise make friends. As the success of this business grows, other entrepreneurs will look to cash in on this model. Until a large minority of the population exist on a pay per view basis. Most people will know someone who is paid to be someone's friend and dating becomes a transaction, especially among the Attractive. If you are Attractive, you won't date other Attractive people, you will be paid to date multiple unattractive people who all think they're special. That will be both men and women.

My even more pessimistic opinion is that a war with China kills off 30% of all 18-30 year old men, and the result is a massive increase in lesbian and bisexual women who adapt to a world with relatively few men. The men that survive the war are the most cowardly and physically weak, who failed to show the fighting spirit and bravery of the men who died. Meaning they are unattractive to the surviving women (who have had to take on a lot of the work typically done by men, so are now successful and independent and don't need men to be the provider). The offspring of the resulting men are frail and weak and subservient to the stronger and more dominant women, and we switch to a matriarchal society. 100 years later and some of the more attractive men are selling their dick pics online on a site called Only Fans.

I think polyamory will only further this gap of haves and have nots. While more men are likely to identify as solidly gay, more women are likely to identify as bi. As far as poly dating goes, this means you’re going to see more MFF triads followed by more cuck/hotwives. Given the increasing popularity of this from PornHub statistics, it doesn’t seem too far fetched.

There’s economic benefits to a three or four person household, too. Imagine only having to pay 1/3 or your rent or mortgage. Or always having someone available to sit who’s also emotionally invested. Etc.

IMO society is going to collapse in some way (whether due to an internal revolution or external occupier) and we will revert to a hyper conservative social order. I'm not saying that's good, I don't even want that necessarily, but that seems to be how things go.

In the short term though monogamy is definitely going to become less common for the average person. Prostitution will become more common, as we can already see with the rise of Onlyfans and the like.

Honestly Brave New World wouldn't even be that bad. Everyone stays 'in their lane' so to speak, and in general everyone is happy about it. I know it's supposed to be dystopian but if I was destined to be a nobody, being happy with it seems better than knowing how miserable you are.

I don't see hot men and women ever embracing FDS or black pill ideology, why would they? As much as men like to fuck around, they still have the instinct to stay with one woman if they determine she's worth it, so top tier people would still form couples and families.
