TLDR: The least attractive scrote of a friend group only goes after the least attractive woman of a different friend group when they’re out. Then he thinks it’s some sort of accomplishment and that everyone else is jealous of him and the woman of the night.

OP has worked out, tried his best, and the woman he truly desires still doesn't want him. Hence him mentioned it in the beginning. So he goes for women who he deems on his level based on looks. Truth be told judging based on everything he isn't good enough for them either.
He sleeps with them, out of some sense of god complex believing he is saving them. Not knowing he is acting on a false narrative. Then he sends them on their way because no matter how nice he claims to be the woman he really desires (the more attractive woman) who would never want him. And if he tells the "less attractive" woman what is is doing he wouldn't have them either. Gross. Leave these women alone, and seek help
