I think if they share the same values they may have more success. However being a man whore who wants a tradcon virgin wife isn’t sharing the same values and that’s probably where some of the challenges may be for guys who don’t live a traditional conservative life but want someone who does.

Also, most tradcon women are from religious communities so that will also be a barrier for the secular guys.

As a traditional conservative girl (20f), I’m considering getting on dating apps if I continue to have zero luck with the guys I’m interested in. My goal is to meet a guy in person, and there’s a guy from my church that I really like. However, he hasn’t made any moves meaning he probably doesn’t like me back. If my luck doesn’t change in the next 3-6 months, I’ll join match.com or eharmony. I’m skeptical of the typical dating apps that people my age tend to use.

Age and location likely play a large factor in what you see, and who are the ones no one picks.

Edit: I acknowledge my example only makes sense for the “older” crowd. Apparently there are a lot of religious women who’s husbands left them.

Most of the men in this sub saying they want a traditional wife are not traditional men in the slightest...how do I know these men aren't traditional? Because they're using dating apps like Tinder to try to hook up with any available girl then complaining that women have so many "options" when these men are the ones right-swiping every girl with a pulse. These men are not looking for a wife, they're looking for free, easy sex....we literally see a post every single day of some socially inept guy complaining about not getting sex...that's all these men in this sub care about...Then these same dudes swear they don't want a girl with a high body count, when they're the ones actively trying to get girls in bed as quickly as possible....therefore contributing to the high body count they just said they don't want....I can keep going too....A lot of the men in this sub cringe whenever you mention the word "money"....they don't want to pay for dates or pay the bills (something traditional men will do), they want to split everything and be "equal" only when it's convenient for them...but they want a traditional woman to still cook, clean, and have babies for him.... the jokes just write themselves at this point...

This is a pretty strict definition of "tradcon".

No you aren't going to meet virgin women on OLD. You aren't going to meet traditional virgin women anywhere except in small religious communities or very rarely in general rural areas, and you aren't going to meet them outside your/their early 20's. It's not a practical or realistic relationship goal for the vast majority of men who did not grow up in these communities. Basically if you're actively looking for these women it's probably already too late.

Using a broader definition of low(ish) n count conservative woman, it's not impossible to meet these women on OLD. The biggest problem is simply that there are way more "tradcon" men than women. These women are "off market" much quicker and more definitively than other groups of women.

Meeting them IRL isn't actually much easier. Most churches do not have eligible 20 something women in them looking for partners. Hell most churches do not have 20 something women at all. Most women who are "tradcon" and going to church have kids and are in their 30's/40's and divorcees if single.

OLD is useless

Outside of organically; OLD is the most efficient way to cast ‘the widest’ net possible. To snare ‘a catch.’ For example before finding my wife, I dated numerous women. Granted this was over a decade ago, and wasn’t Tinder. The majority of women I met though, had similar values to me. So whilst I did meet my partner through my cousin, there was a plethora of women online too.

Tradcon is a mostly non-American lifestyle, probably limited to parts of Four Corners area or Eastern Pennsylvania at this point.

It is found only in non-decaying societies.

I've been saying this for a while - even got my posts deleted from Christian subreddits for telling men they're not going to find an attractive virgin girl via OLD, even if they use a Christian dating app. I just know this because I grew up in a very traditional Pentecostal church where the women wear head coverings - they would never use tinder or any online method to meet men.

I don’t think it’s useless at all, I know lots of young religious people who use dating apps, especially if you go to a large church with lots of members under 30. People use them the most at conventions and large meetings because they also want to cast a wide net in a small pool.

Ok, then where is one supposed to meet and approach tradcon girls? They definitely aren't in bars or night clubs. Dating co-workers is generally discouraged. "Cold-approaching" strangers in public is seen as creepy or inappropriate. Hobby meetups are always sausage fests, and even if there is 1 or 2 women they always get hounded.

As far as I'm aware, that only leaves college and church. So what are you supposed to do if you've already graduated and aren't religious?

I found a tradcon virgin girlfriend on Hinge. I was lucky though - we had both just downloaded the app (about an hour before we matched) and I used Hinge's free superlike-equivalent (a rose?). Turned out she had downloaded it at the request of a friend and I was the first person to match with her that didn't come across as creepy.

(inb4 "she wasn't really a tradcon virgin", she absolutely was. Her friends confirmed it and her inexperience was remarkably clear, but it wasn't a barrier for us)

I’m a Christian and have conservative views but I’m left leaning for sure. I wasn’t raised on a farm in the south. Overall, almost all of my POV are traditional but I’m also realistic about modern dating as well. I don’t see a problem with using dating apps and filtering out men. Not everyone is looking for quick sex. However, I do think meeting people in person is much better.

My neighbour found his wife on OLD (not Tinder). It's just few years, but so far so good and their relastionship is IMO heavy tradcon-leaning.

But full "muh virgin tradcon wife" meme is really hard to accomplish even IRL, good luck with that on OLD.
