The reason to post this is this one from here

The post went (since it's now deleted) as follows:

My wife and I have been together for 5 years, we have a 2 y. o. child and we were planning to expand the family. I decided to organise my wife's closet because there was a mold problem in the garage and I decided to inspect all the house. There I found a gym bag with clothes, some nuts, some tampons and about $1000. I asked my wife about it and suddenly her face lost its colour.

At first she told me it was just an emergency bag in case an earthquake hit us or something like that. I asked why then did she hide it from me. After some back and forth, she timidly confessed it was a go bag. Basically, women who need to run away from their abusers are told to carry a bag with all the necessary supplies like money, clothes and such. I asked her why exactly she felt the need to do that. I haven't even talked loud to her, we barely discuss. Why does she thinks I'm going to turn into an abuser?

She said she's not saying I'm an abuser, that she only wanted to do it for her peace. I don't believe in her excuse, I don't think she trusts in me. Otherwise, she wouldn't have to go so far. I took some days to reflect and I have reached the conclusion I can't be with a woman that doesn't trust in me and sees me as an abuser.

I asked for separation and told her I can't be with a woman that doesn't trust in me. I think trust is the basis of the relationship and if she doesn't trust in me, then it's better to we separate. Now she's excusing herself saying she read too much "mom forums" and she let herself be influenced by them.

She showed me the forums where they discuss "go bags" and how every woman should carry one. I get the logic, but I can't stay with a woman that doesn't trust in me and knows she never needed to do such a thing.

I accepted to take more time to think about it, but I think divorce will allow her to find a man who she trusts in and that is not an abuser, since she doesn't trust in me.

The reconstruction is also here

In the comments you can see how, despite having the best intentions and letting his wife move away from him, he's still being misconstrued and defamed by Reddit, calling him an "abuser (just like his wife)" while applying the reverse causation fallacy: "your post is exactly the reason why your wife needs a go bag" (sure, a 'problem' that: 1) didn't exist until then and 2) probably wouldn't have existed had that bag not existed, somehow proves the wife right when she's the one to blame).

[And overall siding with the wife is stupid: if you had an extreme prevention method "just in case" then you shouldn't have gotten married in the first place. If you do in spite of that you are just an idiot with cognitive dissonance.]

Of course, one can criticise the comments all day, after all, average Reddit users are deservedly endlessly mocked as idiotic, but it misses the point.

That reaction against the user, where they assumed with no justification the opposite of the personality he had shown, is the consequence of being repeated Ad Nauseam how "women are the poor victims of abuse and victims are at a disadvantaged position, and because of that your own problems are unimportant".

Which, by the way, is false, as Steve Moxon has continuously shown.

The message is, in essence: "we will assume you are guilty no matter how well you behave or what you say" which originates in society's misandry.

(If someone comes and say this post is "proving their point" - well, they'll be the ones proving my point).

At least they aren't being inconsistent on that last point.

So, why the title and why I'm using this case as a justification for it?

Because it's the conclusion you should reach: women are favoured by society, they use victimhood status and vulnerability by "Male oppressors" to justify that, triggering and spreading misandry on society solely down to defamations and societal manipulations of narrative. You can see how accepted that is looking at the comments and how much upvotes they have.

Another example of it is looking at who has more resources, either the accuser, or the accused: there are practically no resources for the accused, yet the herd will pretend it's the other way around to keep pushing for this situation. If course, this almost unilaterally ends up affecting men.

You, if you really consider yourselves "pro-men advocates", don't need to concede nor show any sympathy to Feminism or "Women's Issues" in general nor consider them as valid.

It's unnecessary, since they have the whole society supporting them. Women are the privileged, while men the disadvantaged.

It's also counter-productive and shooting yourselves in the foot, since those groups have a history of either not caring or directly harming male victims of abuse, promoting misandry directly or with narratives that end up pushing for it, and as you can notice, they wouldn't show any concern for you and actually would try to make the situation worse.

This is something that they started, hence moral superiority doesn't apply here.

I post it because I still see users trying to concede points to Feminism or "Women's Issues" (as if more than 5% of their points were in any way valid).
