I see advice a lot of the time to go to bars by yourself to try and hone your game, but I'm a little confused as to how this can actually work? All of the bars anywhere near me are far too loud to hear anyone in.

Also, genuinely, how do you go to a bar by yourself and not look like:

an alcoholic?
someone with no friends?

[edit] Thanks for the advice so far, however I still feel impeded by the fact that bars are too loud to hear anyone in. I guess I have to work on having a confident loud voice while being short of shouting.

Why do girls seem way less interested in me the day after I K-Closed them in the city? This almost always happens.

My possible answers for this would be:

She only wanted it for one night and doesn't appreciate attention the day after.
My text/chat interactions aren't good (I just talk about last night and build some rapport most of the time)

I have a very good friend of mine who I've been hooking up on and off with for over 3 years. We're both not looking for anything and we explained that to each other so there's no problem with that. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but the last 4 girls I've been interested in have had boyfriends (which I didn't know at first). All of them were flirty and I even went on dates with 3 of them when I knew they had boyfriends. I'm confused about why a girl goes on a date with me if she has a bf. Like, do these girls actually just want me as a friend or are they keeping their options open, or what? It's really confusing me. Are study dates too desperate?

So one of the girls I've been gaming is the studious type. This week we were supposed to do something but I had to cancel for reasons outside of my power. I didn't want to but it had to be done. I hit her up about doing something this weekend. She said pretty busy studying for a midterm but asked me what I was doing. How should I respond? EDIT: This is about grabbing a girl's hair at the back of her head, at a spot called the base of her head. I've been fieldtesting this extensively, but I seem to not be able to get the right kind of grip (or is it the right position on her head)?
