This depends on your age (and maybe your physical size). When I was in my early 20s I had zero luck with older women. Then when I hit 35 they started paying attention to me. I think if you're too young, the older women think of you as a boy (that's how I see a lot of college aged guys). But then there is that meme... realizes they aren't MILFs anymore, they're just women my own age

For clarity though, they aren't just women my age, this includes women 10, 20 years older.

With the older women, you can directly express certain interest and communicate like a beta male would with double texts and following up and still see sexual results, but the second you try to take the lead or assert yourself the resistance and bat shit arguments will start, she's still single for that reason.

With younger women, you need to maximize how preselected you appear by creating uncertainty with your communication and remain less interested in her than she is in you. Depends. Between 22ish to 30 is more difficult than a newly turned 20 year old. In those few years they have dated a lot and have figured out their value and what they want. They often become demanding and demeaning. Women on their 30s still have this attitude despite their declining value. By the time they realize what has happened and have course corrected and have humbled themselves it’s often too late. That’s what makes cougars more willing. It’s often a ruse to hook a guy in. The youngest I would go for is late 30s. I don’t know anyone in my age group who would want someone in their 20s. As for attention- maybe temporarily get some from the youngsters but I’m treated so much better by men over 40. I get hit on by youngsters all the time and anytime I’ve experimented with them the sex and mental connection was bad. Men are good in bed after 30s (best 40s snd 50s in my experience)but I still prefer the intelligence and connection of men within 5 years of my age. In my early early 20s after chasing other 20 somethings with little to no results, a switch flipped in my head and I became attracted to older women (5 to 18 years older). Yeah, because things are less complicated and older women are more privy to what they want. A girl in their 20s is still learning and is more influenced by the world around them.
