Do men care if a woman is a celebrity or high-status?

Like do they see it as a benefit if a woman is a celebrity/high-status? For example, if a woman was equally attractive, would they care if she was a famous singer or worked at McDonald's? I know that status is often attractive to women (considering there are many female groupies who want to sleep with famous men), so I was wondering if it was the same for men.

Also, if you're a man, would you want to be a groupie if you could? I'm guessing that the only thing stopping men from being groupies is famous women not wanting male groupies.
