Not really, she is more disappointed that she couldn't get the one she wanted sex from to be the boyfriend material. Instead, she likely had to settle with someone she wasn’t as into sexually, inorder to have a decent life. So yeah, if he is desiring other women, then it threatens her position, atleast in her mind, so she resents him doing so.

More heartbroken, yes. But that is the result of larger expectations that didn't actualize. She will still think about the Alpha more and use him as a basis for comparison in a sexual context, and romantic relationships are based on sexuality.

Naw. Sure, women will get briefly disappointed when the beta they kept around as a safety net option grows a pair because they just lost their backup option. However, that disappointment is temporary. There are women out here, like Akaash's wife, still reminiscing about hot Chad's who blew their back out over a decade ago despite them being married with kids currently. No beta gets stuck in a woman's mind for that long.

What you said makes little sense. What girl doesn't know that men want to fuck around? They probably learn it before they even get in their first serious LTR. It's a well known fact. So if her heart is somehow broken by the fact that a certain man wants to fuck around - just as most men want as she already knows - then it's on her. Now, being lied to by a specific man who claims/pretends to be into her for something serious but isn't - now that's understandable and can break her heart.

I dont think so because the husband-material guy literally can't fuck around like the hot stud in most cases. Though it does happen if for example the guy gets famous or very rich. e.g. Elon Musk's first wife. etc.
