A quality-based rule makes more sense than a blanket AI rule because it targets the actual problem instead of the tool being used. If the content is obviously AI and hurts the quality of the subreddit, remove it. If it's good enough that it blends in with normal writing, then it's hard to argue it's creating the same issue.

OK, why is AI posts banned? AI search is a good research tool, I use AI for some of my arguments but I always preface it by letting people know which part of my comments are AI. Is it still allowed if we preface it with an AI warning? Or am I in trouble, lol
