I'm a firm believer that these dead bedroom situations where people have not had sex for months/years, the partner that is denying sex is in violation of the monogamous agreement.

Too often, the white knights of this world only see half of the monogamous agreement. The part where you pledge your sex to only the other partner. They completely ignore that with that pledge, you also agree to give reasonable access to yourself for the sexual gratification of your partner.

If I pledge that I will engage in no sexual activity outside of my partner, it is morally reprehensible for that partner to control and deny my sexual needs. Therefore, I contest that the partner has not lived up to their end of the bargain and has broken the agreement of monogamy.
