If you define the wall by "not being able to attract the people you're into anymore " then it depends on what women you're into. If "not too fat 49 year old" works for you then you can go a long way. If you only want to fuck 18 year old virgins your "wall" will be at like age 22.

Yes and it happens to different men at different times.

For some men right after college they get their first real job, become sedentary, and the ones that have extra money go out drinking a lot. If they are already having hair loss and they gain weight they look like old men before they are thirty. These guys either marry their college GF who they have already been dating for 8.5 years because they do not know what else to do with their life or they marry the first woman who happens to be standing there once his fun cool friends start to get married. Usually a plain looking woman.

For other men it happens later. The guys who were once hot or temporary hot who let themselves go in the 40ish range have complete blindness about their transformation into not hot guy. These guys are usually more bitter than group number one who hit the wall earlier and never had a hot phase.

Some men hit the wall incrementally so when they get there it is less dramatic. It is also more sad when a former hot guy hits the wall versus some not hot guy fading a bit more. Russell Crowe was hot a long time ago. Like when I visit home and run into some grandpa looking guy and my oldest friend has to remind me he was hot in high school. And I am thinking well what a letdown.

It exists for me, both mentally and physically.

All my male friends stopped being remotely interesting after around 20-25 years old and I became a practical homosexual. There's apparently some research that suggests that female brains behave in a more neotenous manner as they age.

From a purely aesthetic perspective, both men and women look best in their 20s. Men lose that youthful glow and their looks suffer.

Studies showing women prefer age matched men while men prefer women in their early 20s. Early 20s women don't prefer older men.

By his late 30s, early 40s men start to go grey, old skin, old person smell -nonenal production starts around 40 (smell tell us a lot about the suitability of a potential partner and it's often downplayed how big a role it plays for us women -pleasant smell could be a potential match, repulsive smell mean something's wrong with him. It's nature's way to advertise a guy's fitness).

Those things are definitely not attractive to young women I can't say I know of any girls in my age group that would find a guy in his 40s or older attractive tbh. A guy that old to me is just gross.

So if there's a wall I guess it depends on what kind of women you're looking to attract. Older guys can definitely find similarly aged women though.

It’s individual based on a person’s experience and genetics and self care, which can take money. Everyone has a wall. Most young people don’t find people past their generation that aren’t famous as attractive as their age range.

If you’re born with amazing bone structure you’re going to be beautiful well into old age. Will you still get all the opportunities afforded to the young? Unlikely, especially if you’re a woman because life is unfair.

Very few men in politics aren’t post-wall.

If people regardless of gender take care of themselves they can age really well, however most people dont and even men can hit it early on. Kinda sad such a thing exists in the west as back in USSR being older and your body becoming less sexually attractive didnt mean you weren't beautiful. I think in general it's harder for anyone to stay physically attractive past age 50-60 regardless of gender. It's not impossible but it takes more time and effort.
