I feel like this becomes incredibly obvious when you try, even briefly, to think like a successful, romantically and professionally, guy. Not a rich shut-in who taught himself to get a string of revenge lays, mind, or a successful but personally religious guy with little experience. A guy who's genuinely at home in his skin, sociable, likes going out and meeting women and drinking and hooking up, and is also clever and disciplined enough to have built a good career.

Do you understand how incredibly weird a virgin woman, or even rather inexperienced one, would seem to such a guy? All his life, he's been around his female counterparts--who also like to get around. Part of the reason I assumed it was more normal (I still maintain it is) is because all my partners had similar numbers. Never saw it as threatening or problematic, if anything I saw it as a combination of a reflection of similar dating/promiscuity styles and attractiveness.

I personally don't care about the n-count of my partner unless it is 0 or in the high extreme. A high n-count for a woman can indicate a lot of different things but can not be taken as the only information which defines a woman. Like most aspects there are other variables too.

However, it does indicate to a certain type and lifestyle in most cases.

It is also dependant on which country we are talking about. I can imagine that a high n count is more of a problem in the US than in Europe.

To answer your question: A high n-count might also be a sign which indicates that the person likes to have sex a lot which some men value as an attractive trait, especially men who value themselves and are confident enough to not be affected by how much ppl their partner slept with. No body is better than anyone else. We are all equals no matter how many people you've been with. Its that men on average select as low as possible if they can help it.

The most important part about this isn't the literal number as opposed to how she acquired them. If she is a sloppy drugged out slut sure maybe a guy will fuck her but probably not value her enough to commit.
