I want to feel sorry about his addiction, but I just read that his wife was in rehab last year, struggling with depression and ED after he cheated on her multiple times. This is some Khloe-Lamar shit all over again.

For LVM, these women are just collateral damage on their path to "self discovery". Years from now, they'll spew bullshit about how they rediscovered themselves, became these amazing people who can do no wrong now that they've seen rock bottom (while partying, doing drugs and cheating on their wives and lying to their children, ofc) and these women don't get anything other than, "she was my rock, she held me together, she helped me through everything". Just empty words.

I was waiting for a post about John Mulaney here. I loved his comedy so much and thought him and his wife were so wholesome. Turns out he was a serial cheater, drug addict and while he was in rehab for the drugs, his wife also went to rehab for emotional trauma due to his cheating as well as eating disorder issues. She made it clear that his decision to leave her was completely one sided and she was heartbroken, and now the poor woman is ruined dealing with the emotional aftermath of having her heart broken by this piece of shit man. I will never enjoy his comedy again.

Turns out Ms Mann was contacting him when the mrs was still a fiancee but that he didnt contact her back. :/

Right up until the end he was saying such nice things about his wife and now hes with someone else.

Olivia Munn was obsessed with him and flirting with him at a wedding, inviting them both to hang out after. It’s such low-class pickme behavior (read it from a Jezebel article). So disappointing from her, and I had read her book, and Stan her otherwise. Why on Earth would you go for a married man, especially one with such issues. She needs therapy.

He was dealing with addiction issues for a long time, and I’d never recommend dating or marrying anyone who is still in the middle of their addiction issues. Someone who still trying to recover from addiction, is not in an emotionally stable place to be a good partner, and they should be single in order to focus on themselves and their addiction. You don’t want to be the collateral damage in their recovery process.

She has been posting self-made photography in which she artistically tells her part of the story, even months before the news broke. They're very artful pictures of her, alone in an old house, wearing flowy satin dresses by candlelight.

It's interesting--my initial reaction to this post was "did he cheat before or during the addiction?" But I immediately identified that as a remnant of my pickme days of making excuses for men/wanting to believe the best of them. Addiction is no excuse for cheating.

Yeah I'm kind of disappointed; thought he was "one of the good ones" and his relationship with Anna Marie Tendler seemed so wholesome.

A lot of things he said about his personal life that sounded funny and/or wholesome now seem sketchy in hindsight and make him sound codependent.
