Against my better judgment, I went and looked up the post. His account is riddled with posts demeaning his wife where he's just complaining about her and pretty much emotionally and mentally abusing her. It's much easier for women to put on weight due to our hormones, fat distribiution and how the stress hormones cortisol affects our fat storage. Things like the constant stress of kids, a lazy /negligent husband AND having to work AND study will DEFININATELY cause excessive stresss and as such excessive cortisol and one's body going into semi permanent fight or flight state and as such all carbs and simple sugars are stored as fat. Until your metabolism switch is turned off our bodies, your gut is healthy and your gut flora and stomach acid is back in balance stay in that state, it is literally NOTHING to do with calories in vs calories out. This is why HIIT and intermittent fasting /keto can work so well for those of us in this state. Poor woman , I bet the weight would DROP off if she walked out on her hell of a life! Women give up not only their identities and independence but also their bodies and health to get married and have a LVM's kids and they have no empathy , appreciation or sympathy AT ALL. I understand you need to be attracted to your partner but you can BET your bottom dollar she is tired, miserable and over worked and under appreciated. I hope she let's him go and levels all the way UP!

What he meant to say is "im a nvm with a receding hairline and I have 2 kids with my wife. I work from home for 20 hours a week and then fap to porn the rest of the time. My wife supports me and our kids with her full time job! On top of it she cooks, cleans, runs the errands, and takes care of both our kids. On top of that she is in school for her masters degree! I prefer to sleep in, leave the laundry and housework to her so I have more time to enjoy porn and shitpost online. My wife is extremely stressed with all these responsibilities that I don't help her with, and she's been struggling to find the time to cook good meals and workout. She started stress eating and put on some weight. She's asked me numerous times to help out with the kids or house or run some of the errands but I'm not helping! I finally mockingly told her ill cook healthy meals for her fat ass and I cant believe she rejected my extremely generous offer! Im so butt hurt and shitty I need to humilate her by forcing her to eat junk food. The reality is I need to keep her as my fat less attractive maid because she actually is hot and any available guy would be lucky to have such a catch."

lvm actually don't want you to be healthy and fit, they want to keep you fat so you loose self confidence and are less likely to have other options. If you are slim and they're a POS theyll try fattening you up so you also feel bad about yourself and loose confidence so you're more likely to accept their Lv Behavior.
