This is my own view on the abortion debate. I personally believe that just like sex is based on consent so should conception. In the end a child will be the byproduct of both parents, influenced by both parents, and both parents will be influenced by the child.

If either parent says no for whatever reason. This can be economic, health, trust and ect. Then it should be encouraged that the fetus is aborted. If both say yes then it becomes a child. It shouldn't be forced, that's a violation of the human body. it should only be something people encourage.

If a person wants to raise a child on their own then there are outlets and people willing to consent for that. A person could go to a sperm donner or surrogate to get a child as they are consenting to helping conceive the child.

Reason I have this belief is because I view abortion as a second chance for people to say no. The ability to revoke consent is something Important to me and I hope it's important to everyone else. Nobody should be forced to be anything, even a parent if they aren't ready.

Also side note I feel like children would feel better knowing they were wanted in this world by both parents. That even if a parent isn't involved in ones life, their own conception and creation was still agreed upon.
