Conditional femininity:

"I'm really a soft, nurturing and submissive woman... for the right man. But he first needs to create that safe space where I can let my guard down and rest in my feminine energy. Prove that he is worthy first."

Conditional masculinity:

"I'm really an assertive, capable, leader who can protect and provide... for the right woman. But she needs to first create a safe space where I can rest in my masculine energy. Prove that she is worthy first."
