My ex boyfriend got «jealous» as well on my rapist because my rapist had done acts with me that I would never let him do to me, because it was traumatizing. I never told him how my rapist raped me, he snooped in my diary and figured it out. Then he pressured me and forced me to do the same as the rapist had done to me. My ex somehow made it seem like there was some competition between him and my rapist. He was so bothered with me getting raped, because that meant someone «touched» me before him. He ended up raping me later.

Be VERY cautious and careful with who you share your trauma with and AVOID share details. Some men get off by the details of your trauma, especially rape trauma.

I've seen reddit posts where the woman tells her boyfriend about a bad experience like "my first boyfriend used to force me to do anal and filmed it" or "my ex pressured me into MFF threesomes and I really didn't enjoy it and in fact it still bothers me years later" and the fucking boyfriend will be outraged and abusive towards her because he's jealous that she won't do anal, videos or MFF for him.

You can't tell these LVM these things because recounting the event puts you in a vulnerable state and they will weaponize your trauma whilst you're in your vulnerable state to get what they want. Over a span of weeks they'll keep bringing it up, trying to start a fight, and every breath you waste trying to get them to see reality leaves you more and more exhausted until you give in just to get them to shut up or you've been brainwashed into believing you really are a terrible person who doesn't really love them.

A couple of years ago my longtime plumber/part handy man said that he'd fix a hole in the wall where mice were getting through.

I'm phobic about mice and talked about my fear a bit more than normal. He then started teasing me, making fun about it and playing on my fear. I instantly regretted it and didn't do it again.

This is nothing compared to what others have written of course.
