Women have reproductive rights, men have reproductive responsibilities.

Choices one can make to avoid pregnancy and the rights one is legally granted once pregnancy (reproduction) occurs are two different things.

Both men and women can choose to abstain from sex, both can choose to use various birth control. These are choices both men and women can make to avoid reproducing. There is no reproduction occurring related to these choices, so reproductive rights aren’t an issue. Reproductive rights granted by government only apply once reproduction (pregnancy) has occurred.

When it comes to legal parenting rights once reproduction has occurred only women have rights. In most states women have the right to an abortion. Women have the right to use medications to terminate the reproductive process at a very early stage, the right put their child up for adoption, and the right to legally surrender the child. These are all rights government has ruled on and granted women.

Unless he has the woman’s permission it’s a crime for a man to give a woman drugs to end a pregnancy, it’s a crime to force an abortion, it’s a crime to kidnap the baby and put it up for adoption against the woman’s will. A man can’t sign a document legally surrendering parental responsibilities. Once reproduction occurs men have legal responsibilities such as could support, not rights.

you should have the right to abandon a child, waiver parental rights, and not pay child support if you wanted an abortion but the mother decides to carry it to full term anyway.

If she decides to carry it to full term even though you said you do not want a child..and its both your fault that your pregnant..... but she wants to keep this child, then she should become sole responsible for that child.

she should not be able to make you take care of it, when she knows of your intentions, the options she had at the beginning of the pregnancy, and her financial situation.

The only right you supposedly have is not to be forced to reproduce. However, if you ARE forced (such as being raped as an underage boy) your apparent rights will be ignored and both UK and USA (among many others) can force you to pay for the upbringing of the child, and neither will permit you to have the child aborted.

So the only right that you might claim in this area is not recognised. Not that ignoring your human rights is anything new for a male.

Indeed, a child might even be proven not to be yours and you can still be forced to pay for it. So you actually have 'negative rights' on reproduction.

Zero in the USA , where if you are the father, you pay for the next 18 years. A man can not deny paternity. In the old days men would move to another state to escape payments but now child support its federally enforced in all states, whenever you give your SS number to get a job , child support payments will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. If you fail to make payments , first they will confiscate your passport and driver's license, if you still get too far behind you will be jailed. In theory the USA does not have debtors prison, but in reality they do for child support. The judge will charge you with "contempt of court" for not making payments and off you go to jail.

Roe vs Wade was not in our Constitution. Abortion was NEVER a Constitutional right. The Supreme Court just returned the power for individual states to decide for themselves if they want to permit abortions or not as the Supreme Court can only operate on the Constitution. It's now up to the VOTERS of each State to determine at the ballot if they want it or not. People are screaming/rioting they've lost a Constitutional right, that was never one to begin with. If you want it, VOTE for it.

As for us...even though our DNA goes into making a baby, we have little to no rights or say unless a court/judge says so.

Men have no reproductive rights and all the people are saying you have the right to use a condom, to get a vasectomy, or to have sex those are not reproductive rights.

Reproductive rights means you get a say in that child’s life before and after birth men do not get that say. If I became pregnant today and I named a random man that I knew as the father of my child he stuck being the legal father in tow he can prove that he is not the biological father and even after proving that he may still have to pay child support because someone has to take care of that child and the government doesn’t want to do it.

It when it comes to vasectomy and most states and men need his female partners to also sign off on the procedure, A man can’t just go to the hospital and get a vasectomy the same rules goes for getting your tubes tied as a woman you have to have at least two children be over certain age and have your partners permission.

The state that I live in you have to write to get sterilized as soon as you’re 18 you don’t need to have any children and if you’re on government Insurance you have to wait till you’re 21 years old and you have to sign a consent form 30 days before the procedure.

Edit: Men don’t even have the right to sex because a woman can revoke her consent any time during sex, you can almost be finished and a woman says I don’t wanna do this anymore you have to stop or it becomes rape.

You have the right to condoms and a vasectomy which places you at huge risk (30%) of infertility. There are probably instances where you could be ordered by a judge to support children that are not yours because you got involved with a woman who was trustworthy enough to allow a loser ejaculate into her, carry his children to terms and he then ran off / couldn’t / wouldn’t support them or you were cuckolded into believing they were yours when they were not - the State doesn’t care that men were lied to in the deepest way you still have to endure ongoing insult and support them. Involuntary Cuckoldry to a man is the equivalent of gang rape to a woman. It has robbed them both of something deep in our evolutionary and biological software.

I can’t think of any that men have that women don’t. A lot of people are saying none but there are a few things I can think of however modest they may be.

You have the right to move to any US state you like. The are very large differences between states on how divorce and family courts treat men. Massachusetts is one of the worst for example since there are no caps on child support so expensive litigation is common. Others like Nevada there is very little to litigate over since most everything is prescribed. Child support is a simple modest calculation Custody is 50:50 by default.
Most places you have a decent shot of at least getting visitation with your kids. It can be very expensive though.
You have the right to check the paternity of your supposed kids. I only mention this because you don’t in France. Doesn’t necessarily change anything about your situation other than being able to know.

The right to be able to use contraceptives as well as the right to a vasectomy. For a long time all forms of contraceptives were banned in the US, which is a right that impacts both men and women. The right to sterilize yourself is also not guaranteed, and it's certainly more difficult for women/females to get similar procedures (for example, I'm FTM and to get a hysterectomy I need ome year of hormones therapy, a doctors recommendation, and two therapist recommendations. You don't need this sort of thing for a vasectomy)

That being said there are also rights some cis men don't have, like being able to financially opt out of fatherhood. But to say men have 0 reproductive rights is not correct

In the US, basically none. Men can use birth control but it's limited to condoms. Men can get vasectomies. Obviously they're not forced to have sex with anyone. And if you actually do want to have a kid then you have basically no rights there until the kid is born and even after that if you ever get divorced or you aren't married to begin with the court will treat you essentially as a paycheck for the mother. You will not get equal treatment when it comes to custody.

Yeah, the whole thing about abortion being legal so as to not force people to become parents when they aren't ready is an absolute crock of shit. Women force men to become parents all the time. Once you get her pregnant you're on the hook for life unless she aborts or puts the kid up for adoption.
