Basically I met this girl on tinder, really cute but not so easy to talk. We were texting fine, I asked for her number, we kept texting and last sunday I invited her to hang out in a bar nearby my house. She accepted.

We basically had a good date and she was showing clear signs that she wanted to have sex, but kept saying things like "I never have sex on the first date" or "the last time I had sex was 4 months ago". I tend to disregard these comments as they are usually false justifications (and in this case I was totally right).

I invited her to my place, she accepted and it happened. It was pretty good, everything went fine and she left.

I have this friend that is really close to me and we tend to exchange stories of girls we are seeing. Yesterday we went to a bar to hang out and I told about this girl I banged. As I showed him the picture, his face changed. He was in silence for like 30 seconds and I figured it out. Basically he had a date with the same girl one day before and she told him THE SAME STORY about not having sex on the first date and shit. The funny thing is that we live 10km away, live in a city with millions of people and do not share any mutual friends with this girl. It was totally random.

I don't really care because at least it is a friend and I know the girl I am dealing with now. However, the unnecessary lies make me a little sick. You can omit these kinds of things and that is okay in the first dates. It made me think of how many times it might have happened in other situations where the other guy was not my friend. It is better to know these kinds of things upfront, though. It will help me avoid bad decisions.

What a coincidence.
