Premise is: Men can or should approach given that they are respectful and its within the right context.

Granted every woman is different and preferences vary. Approach means approach, to make a connection and see what the vibe is, not an immediate yearly subscription to the vag.

What are some pointers that show that women are open to being approached. What are some contexts in which it would be appreciated? What are some non-threatening ways that men go about this. When was the last time you wished a guy would just talk to you?

As a guy, when im sitting in a bar, alone or with a friend (not in a group of guys, not in the company of other women), I find it exciting to have women come up and talking to me or us. I would probably also be open to it at the airport or a train station or any place where the main activity is "waiting" which is terribly boring.
