Sparked by a dumb thread on twitter and experience in my personal life. I always see guys on here say they don't care if a girl has any "experience", only women care about preselection, but I saw this thread on twitter where a girl said a dude she was talking to said "So I'm competing for a position nobody wants?" when she said she wasn't dating/talking to any other men.

I saw hundreds of men agreeing with the initial man, and I've occasionally seen a sentiment of "there has to be something wrong with her if no other guy wants her". Yet, guys also complain about how women have TOO many options and they don't want to compete for her attention.

I think this has affected me, I'm cute and relatively normal now, but for most of my upbringing I was severely isolated. Of course everyone knows middle school relationships are just jokes, but I didn't have those training wheels. In high school, I had relatively no real experience with the opposite sex. Every opportunity I had with a guy that wanted a relationship, my lack of experience with boys ruined that, I never knew what to say or do and was way too naive. I could tell that was a turn off, that I just didn't "get" it, but how the fuck do you gain experience with the opposite sex if your lack of experience is what prevents you from gaining it lmao.
