If the roles were reversed and a SAHM wife cheated on her breadwinner husband, they’d immediately advise everything that OP has done- kick her out on the street, fight for full custody, etc. In their minds, they’ve already decided that the husband was justified in cheating (wife worked too much, was probably mean to him, lady he cheated with was attractive and right there; how could he resist? he’s just a man after all, etc) therefore anything the wife does is perceived as completely unfair.

what’s with the people who think that they’re not neglecting the children by locking them out to have sex? that absolutely doesn’t count as watching them. no wonder why there are so many stories of kids drowning in shallow buckets, drinking cleaning supplies, and getting hundreds of toys mangled in their hair. that’s like living in an apartment building and claiming the person in the adjacent apartment is watching your kids because you guys share a wall, and there’s only one locked door that separates you all.
