I really am genuinely curious how much these people make on OnlyFans. It’s one of those situations where a simple average wouldn’t paint an accurate picture (like calculating lifespan and having to take into account a high infant mortality rate).

As you've said, most of them only get attention because they're attractive, and attractive is a resource that's constantly diminishing; eventually they get replaced by a newer, younger girl with bigger boobs and a face less wrinkly and parched from alcohol, sun, and substance abuse. Once they're out, their options become MARKEDLY less advantageous, and now they've got to deal with the more negative aspects of an OF career, such as potential husbands rejecting them because they're seen as whores, and any potential employer rejecting them because a basic background check will reveal that activity as well.

The end of the road for these girls is actually pretty grim: landing a third rate husband (in their eyes) if they're lucky, and resenting him for the rest of their lives while they live on meager income and just grow old; or they end up living off of public assistance as they grow more bitter and keep saying "where have all the good men gone".

Are there girls on OF who can parley their brief window of opportunity into something that can be of use later in life? Sure, but it's very few because the mentality you'd need to have to think OF is a good idea to get into are typically not the mindset that would lead to long-term investing.

Women are saved, though. They don’t have the same pressure to succeed, a man will save her, and if a man doesn’t save her, the government will. The adversity that men face is what drives them to huge success, while for the vast majority of women, success is nothing more than an option. This is why OF is completely logical step for our degenerate society to move in to. Religion is over, there’s no societal pressure to shame women anymore, so they can truly monetise what god gave them, with little guilt. And I don’t blame them at all. It’s not a long term plan though, these women have a decade of this, max. They’re a depreciating asset in this field. Once this gravy train is over, they’re going to have to find a “real” job (sex work is real work whatever), or they’re going to have to find a man.

I've had this conversation a couple of times. I personally see it as a getting by till you make it job, like if a man deals drugs to get by until he finds better work. People say sex work is work are technically right, but like dealing drugs, there are proven social and health consequences from doing that. Marriages and relationships are screwed up by the availability of the product, and overall it creates problems. It does help prevent some issues, like human trafficking through regulation, but it doesn't look good on a resume to have just cam work with no professional experience in any other field. I think that is the trap. They don't have to be proud about it, but if they're debt free at the end of college from posing, then that sounds awesome. But that's not something you can keep doing respectfully for years unless you are hiding it.

But I would be pretty upset if I started dating a woman then found out there are 300+ pictures of her on the internet for everyone to see. You can, and people have, overcome that, but it still puts a challenge in the way of that woman's life and whoever is in a realtionship with her. It would be the same if a man did cam work too.

Honestly I blame the people who pay into it the most. Of course people will do whatever they think will earn them money if people are dumb enough to pay for it. Though I do find it depressing and I have known women who have gone this route and have found themselves in a worse situation if something minor happens.
