So, just struggling with something and I’m not entirely sure why. Last night my ex made it very obvious she went out and hooked up. We’ve been living together but separated for 8 months. I actually have had a girlfriend for a few months and things are going great.

This just shook me a little though and I’m not sure why. For context we were together young and a couple of over 20 years.

I think curiously got the better of me and I asked her about it. Got more detail than I needed. She said “well, I sucked his cock of course”. Just shocked me a bit. Of course I expect her to find a guy but it was just the random was of it that hit me. They spoke for an hour then she walked around the corner and had some fun. Apparently he’s a little younger and has a mommy/son fetish. We have two young sons so that also shocked me a little.

Not judging or shaming I guess. Each to their own. I just have too much info that I don’t need in my head! Any advice on how to refocus? I’m moving in January so just focusing on that and my relationship.
