Went out on Valentine's Day with a guy I've been talking to for ~3 months (COVID tested). He did not buy me flowers, chocolate, or anything. Took me to Burger King because 'nothing else was open'. When I get home he texts me "I literally had the best time with you"

The next day he asks if he can call me quickly. I thought he was going to ask for a second date and actually plan something, but instead he calls me and repeats that he had 'the best time!'. I asked if that was all he wanted to say. He's like "yeah! have a great week"

He has a professional job so he texts me sporadically throughout the week and calls about once for like an hour or two. We barely talked this week and, call me crazy but ... I feel it should have been the other way around?

He's been putting in the bare minimum and at this point I think it's pretty obvious he's just keeping me around to have sex. If he really 'wanted a relationship with someone' and 'had a great time' with me, then he would've made it happen by now. I'm over it and I'm over dating right now.
