I know some may say "I do it for myself" and if that is true for your case, I won't dispute that. But I think my subconscious is like, if there were no men in the world (most of whom I don't even find remotely attractive), I wouldn't care to be buying different lipsticks, different intimates, different shoes, shirts, pants, etc. And then I ask myself, sure, I'm happier, even for a fleeting moment, at how different I may look in something that I haven't tried before, but what next? Men are still looking to look at other women, whether they find me attractive or not. It crushes my spirit. A part of me tells myself "Just bring those things back, do you really need them?"

I'm seriously considering bringing back several of the new intimates and shirts I found, simply because I'm wondering if it's pointless to better my appearance.
