The right to genital integrity. It is illegal, and rightfully so, for females to be circumcised at birth. Infant boys are routinely circumcised at birth and nobody bats an eye.
The right to absolve themselves of parental responsibility. Women can give up a child for adoption or get an abortion without so much as informing the father, and yet if a woman decides to keep that child, the father is still held responsible regardless of whether or not he wants to be a parent. By this same token, a father does not have the right to say that he does wish to be a parent if the mother chooses to put the child up for adoption or get an abortion.
The right to vote without registering for the draft. As a woman, I can vote simply by surviving to age 18. My brother, on the other hand, has to sign away his life in order to vote.
The right to be taken seriously if they say they were raped. Men in particular have a very difficult time being taken seriously if they were raped, especially if they were raped by a woman. I, on the other hand, can ruin a man's life with my word alone. I also have many more options in the event of me being raped or abused, while many of my male friends have quite literally been laughed at for attempting to find an abuse shelter that would take them, as well as being laughed at for attempting to express that they were raped or abused in the first place.
The right to be the assumed caregiver for children in the event of a divorce. It is incredibly difficult for a father to win custody of his children, and mothers are essentially the default custodians of children. Even if the father would provide a more stable home, mothers are often given custody, which has led to many of my friends growing up in unstable environments even though their fathers were willing and able to provide better care for them.

Those are the only five rights that come to mind, but assuming that men have rights that women don't is ridiculous, considering that I just listed five I have that my male counterparts do not.

You can easily counter this actually, you bring up the legal issues that men face such as paternity fraud, false accusations, Title IX, domestic abuse and so on. If they try and give you attitude then you get them to point out exactly how women don't have any rights in their country.

They will not be able to answer, if there is one thing I've learned is that many of these virtue signallers are completely full of shit. They're writing these one liner statements for clicks and social justice points and they're not counting on somebody calling them out or have to explain themselves generally.

If they just ignore you and try to screech at you they were never worth debating in the first place, this is how I handle these people.

I do think there's a point there that the movement could be named better to broaden it. I'd like 'men's issues advocates' (except for the acronym MIA) or maybe Andrism (to contrast with feminism).

But if you look at some of the biggest issues men disproportionately face like suicide, drug abuse, homelessness, etc it's not a lack of rights that's the problem, it's that people don't know or don't care that there is a problem.

1) The right to body integrity especially when young, i.e. Circumcision

2) The right to NOT BE A PARENT, women have this right and in a lot of areas, they can even get free money to exercise this right. i.e. abortion.

3) The right to get federal grant money and other benefits without signing up to go to war if necessary i.e. The draft

4) The right to be charged with a lesser crime (carries a heavily reduced sentence) if they were to kill their baby, (Disclaimer) Not available in all areas. i.e. Infanticide

5) The right to be on equal footing when applying for government jobs, i.e. Affirmative action

6) The right to be on equal footing when applying for post-secondary education i.e. Affirmative action for education

There are probably a few more I am missing. .

It seems fairly ironic to me that a black man have this kind of position when gender is clearly as much of factor when it comes to a lot of discrimination or violence that black men would face in America. Maybe it just makes it easier for them to put it all on skin color, or to just blame "white men"(which is, also, another result of prejudiced based on gender, not just skin color), but you certainly don't see as much hatred, discrimination or violence directed at black women or white women.

How are male feminists still a real thing. I find it funny that men like him choose not to see the inequality. I used to be a feminist myself back in college because I though that women were dealt a pretty bad hand in modern society. It didn't even take them a year (It actually only took one semester) to come after me simply for being male. I was accused of being dangerous to women. Several of you have seen a couple of posts about this already, but a feminist professor would secretly leak that I was a predator to women. She told other women to stay away from me because I could assault them either physically or sexually. No man is safe, not even their biggest supporters.

I do admit, Men's Rights is the worst possible freaking title you could ever give it. Because the next question is immediately that or immediately "What rights are they afraid of losing?" and our answer is usually paternal in nature and then that get's lumped in with feminism. "Feminism" is all about that though. It's all about equality. Is it? Cuz I've never heard of feminism doing a campaign about paternal rights. When they try to show men get raped as well, it's always shown in a genderless way. "People get raped". "There's a stigma attached to people with depression", which neglects that men tend to seek help less than women.

It should've been called Men's Awareness or something like that. Because what the whole thing is about is making other men/people aware of issues facing boys, teens, young men, etc today. Things like depression, sexual assault, men's health, paternal rights, etc. When you present it that way, it sounds amazing.
