Redpill ideology is more truthful/accurate only on the basis that it is at least not denying the obvious reality that most average uninvolved people are at least subconciously aware of.

It is however still largely a fantasy promising that as an individual you can overcome the issues. Horrible men then use it as a way to propel their grifting careers and peddle conservative agitprop. It has been extremely effective.

The other side is completely out of touch with reality- in a constant state of delusion or otherwise insulated from the problems entirely somehow (many women are, except for encounters with toxic or desperate men). They offer no solutions because they refuse to acknowledge the problems, at best they will suggest men need comraderies (without realizing this already exists for many) and don't seem to understand that love, sex and affection are physical needs and that very few humans (especially men) will ever be happy being perpetually single and unwanted.

I think the primary driver of the problem now is unregulated dating apps and social media. I think the NEET/Hikikomori crisis is intrinsically linked to all of these issues. I think these problems are way more responsible for the modern resurgence of fascism than anyone realizes. I think that denial is unhealthy, and the average blue pill user is equivalent to a climate change denier.

I do not think this discussion can be untethered from our political realities, and to be honest I increasingly think the subject matter of this specific subreddit is actually the underlying root cause of those issues, and that too many people are scared to acknowledge this.
