A construction company is about to hire a worker.

The company tells the worker that there are risks to some of the jobs, but not all of them. The employee can choose which ones to take and they will get paid more for the riskier ones to offset said risk when both employer and employee agree the riskier jobs are suitable and needed/wanted from both parties.

In addition, if the employee gets injured on those riskier jobs, the employer will compensate them because the government mandates such protections especially because it was consensual and both parties agreed to the risk. But there are still protections for the employee on top of the extra income they’d get in case the employer tries to stiff them.

The employer cannot tell or make the employee take any job they don’t want. It’s voluntary. But they can advise them and provide a recommendation for whether it’s suitable given their experience.

The employee proceeds to take a known to be very very risky job and the employer says I really don’t want you to. It’s beyond your skill level. You’re not ready for it and we don’t have the funds to pay you for this amount of outsized risk. Please don’t. If you want to, you can because we can’t stop you, but please don’t. If you do, I will not be paying you more for the job because it’s beyond our pay abilities. Please don’t. It’s risky. I can’t stop you, but please don’t.

The employee does it anyway and gets injured. The employee then sues the company for damages and wins. The government says the employer is liable even though the employer never wanted the employee to take the job. And the employer had no privileges and rights to stop the employee from taking the job.

This is the state of abortion and financial abortion in America.

Women have all the control and no unknown risks that would surprise them. They go in eyes wide open about all the risks and proceed to do it anyway. They get to choose whether they want to take risky vs non risky choices and still get bailed out in every situation.

What a baffling post. The fact that everybody answers with "nobody cares just politicians"... I just don't get it. It's like everybody is associating "genders and sexuality" with some extremely specific thing, maybe a trans couple having BDSM sex in the privacy of their home or some shit, and they are like proud of themselves that they don't care.

Genders and sexuality is an ENOURMOUS topic that contains a million fucking things, there is so much more to it than whether you care or don't care about a man painting his hair green. My 2nd ex-wife had a car accident with our youngest daughter in the car. The accident was 100% her fault and could have easily seriously injured our daughter. She ran a red right and was t-boned on the passenger door right where our daughter was sitting. Luckily she was hit by a Toyota Corolla driven by an 80 year old woman. She apologized to me (and the old lady) and moved on like nothing much had happened. Pretty sure if I'd had an accident like this with the kids in the car she'd be freaking out.

go to social events (non alcoholic preferably) and learn how to give value to people simply by your company, with how you talk and your presence, thats the skill you need to learn. Theres many ways to do this, humour, charm and with women flirting and banter. more examples here

If you don't have it people will simply use you solely for the external skills you have without placing a more well rounded value of you in their mind.

It’s like they’re SO frustrated and annoyed with the other sex that it consumes their entire online persona. That can’t be healthy.
